  • This is the moment a child m*lester begins to cry once he realises he's been caught by police.
On the 27th of March 2022, cheerleading coach Vigiland D'Haiti was arrested after some of his students parents had come forward to police to tell them that he had been touching their daughters
    inappropriately.
Although he hadn't been charged at that point, the police took his cell phone as evidence & after obtaining a warrant to search it, it uncovered something much darker.
An app was found within the cell phone that hid photos & videos, when police took a deep dive they uncovered that Vigiland had n*de images & videos of a minor that he taught.

Then the justice system gives them a slap on the wrist when they've committed a lifetimes worth of trauma, lock them up and throw the key away or put them in the dirt tbh.

This is a grown man suspected of molesting children at the very minimum, and they are treating him like he is a five year old child that they must protect it all cost. I've never seen a criminal, especially a criminal with an arrest warrant for such horrible allegations, treated with such kid gloves. I don't know who the officer is that seems to know him so well, but it makes me question the entire process. Why is he allowed such privileges as remaining unhandcuffed while supposedly being detained. On one hand I respect that the police are doing a good job of handling the situation? They are remaining civil and keeping him calm but on the other hand, they seem to be breaking normal procedures and not handcuffing him while waiting for warrant confirmation. I'm shocked at how they continue to baby, coddle, and they continue treating him as if he's a small child that they must protect at all cost. AMAZING. The officer that seems to have such a close relationship with this arrested guy should be removed from immediate contact with him to protect the sanctity of the arrest and to protect the police department from the general public who I'm sure are not normally given all the privileges this guy are when they're arrested for much less severe crimes.

Looking at the community that he was arrested in, I would assume his wife is enjoying the money he makes while not asking him any questions when she gets a call from officers makes it very obvious she knows EXACTLY why he's got a warrant. And he obviously, just by his lack of questioning about what the warrant is for, knows exactly why the other county has a warrant for his arrest. His lack of questions alone screams guilt and fore knowledge of what possible crimes they are arresting him for.

Not that many. ACTUAL children (prepubescent) tend to bounce back and recover fairly quickly on their own. With severe trauma like coercive rape, they're usually fully healed after about a year and a half without therapy; the human spirit is very strong. For teenagers though, being nonconsensually groped is a violation of their human rights but most likely won't have too profound of an impact on their wellbeing. However, if they DO get 'therapy' from an 'expert,' THEN they run the risk of being traumatized for life. The methods they use to 'treat' victims have been known to cause trauma when none was previously present and exacerbate pre-existing trauma. They have been told this for almost 50 years now, but they are still doing it because their livelihoods depend on the continued survival of sex abuse hysteria. Lifelong trauma as a direct result of CSA is actually extremely rare if confounding factors are taken into account. It is the exception, but they present it as the rule. They deliberately lie and exaggerate the prevalence and harmfulness of CSA so they can secure more funding. The child abuse industry has been becoming more and more powerful and influential at an exponential rate every single year for half a century, but this problem that they are supposed to be eliminating apparently keeps getting worse and worse the more money and resources we throw at it and despite increasingly oppressive and punitive laws and censorship policies ostensibly put in place to "safeguard" and "protect" our children, so they say. Either these are the most incompetent human beings who ever lived and deserve to be fired, or they're manipulating our fears for their own benefit and don't actually give a shit about children, in which case they also deserve to be fired. The sex abuse industry is one of the most corrupt enterprises in all of human history.

You're lucky enough to have never experienced any CSA in any of its numerous forms, you do not know or are not trusted by anyone who has experienced it for them to share their experiences with you. Pretty obvious why they wouldn't trust you enough to share that kind of traumatic story.
Your comment alone makes me extremely suspicious of you as an individual as someone who downplays and dismisses the prevalence of CSA in our society, and it's debilitating effects that it has not only on those who have experienced it first hand, but their family members as well. Everyone is upset at how the officers handled this but the fact of the matter is, in an ideal world, this is how cops should treat all non-violent encounters.
They can't be as emotional as us and they certainly can't take out the rage we want them to. They need to be able to dissociate from the situation and conduct themselves professionally.
This also doubles as a way to lower the suspect's guard and make it much easier to interrogate them later on.
If this is preferential treatment, it sucks, but isolating that, this is how all cops should be.

I know this guy is guilty. Not everyone is. We don’t need to torture people. It doesn’t help and the person having to do the torture either suffers or is worse than the perpetrators.
#1 reason. We don’t want sadistic police. We don’t want good men to have to become the criminals they want to stop.
      #2 let the hate go.

I feel a bit disconcerted about this too. At one point Jerry explains why he chose to come out on the call, because he knows the guy and didn't know how he would be treated if it were someone else. Well, PROFESSIONALLY should be the only likely answer. If he's not getting preferential treatment, it shouldn't matter who goes out to arrest him. Professional is neither needlessly abusive, nor preferential and it speaks volumes about what Jerry expects from his fellow officers, to head them off at the pass and spare his buddy from the regular treatment to give him the kid leather gloves deal.
