Lets call them Entity 34, a recurent "character" in the series. Satoko and Takano could "reside" on the same *spinal cord* if we take the fact that the link to Ciconia is confirmed the moment Satoko was identifies as Vier (btw, Vier is 4 in german). Lambda Delta is 34 in greek numerals. Miyo is literally 34 written in Japanese. That from the same spinal cord more than one persona could exist like "Miyao" and "Mew" and *probably* on Umineko too but that is too much of a big spoiler, that Satoko and Takano are two entities simulated on the "dream" where they live from the factory world (yes, Gou has terrible implications for the Ciconia ending) it would be possible they both togheter are LamdaDelta

None this far, but we have signs of Berncastel on the protagonist Gauntlet Knights Kette Flag design wich has a black cat with a scyte (their team flag cant get more Bernkastel than that...) and they are called the Warcats And then we have two entities who share the same face or at least use an avatar wich looks like Takano. We have Vier the scientist (Takano with a lab coat literally) and the Jesstress who acts and behaves a bit like Satoko and is also a Takano face but younger, with a different hair you could even say she looks like Satoko. The Jesstress is hard to explain but Vier is a bigger plot device than we think... Vier and her other crazy scientists friends work translating books in a Library that in concept looks uncannily simmilar to the one in Umineko metaverse but that is more of an opinion than something i can confirm
