Like the commentator, I just don't get the judging for this vault. Where did they see .600 of deduction? This vault should have had a 9.800 execution mark, nothing less.

On the block she had the leg split (.1), elbows (.1), and early twist (.1), then on the post flight she both crossed her legs and separated them a little (.1 each). Obviously, nothing for body position in the air or on the landing, they probably took a tenth for not bringing the feet together at the end. 9.4 is a huge execution score on vault, only Andrade and Biles score higher regularly.
