Did you hear L’Oréal may be buying Amouage? There’s is a reason why UE fragrances are selling fragrances like hotcakes because once brands are sold the original product is watered down and literally destroying it 😢

Niche won't be niche anymore if they keeling buying these brands AND they won't make money anymore b/c niche buyers won't buy them anymore if they don't keep the OG formulas and continue to make original creations. only reason we even spend big bucks on niche lmao....take the quality and uniqueness away....no more niche buyers either.
I agree about Khair Pistachio. The scent and performance is better than the OG, and I really like the OG. So that says a lot. Paris Corner did their thing 🔥😍

I am right with you regarding your comments about the majority of designer fragrances smell “exactly the same.” Better to seek out Middle Eastern fragrances (real bargains and with gorgeous bottles) and/or niche fragrances where one at least has a chance of obtaining something not only beautiful - but interesting!!! Hi Gabby, I personally love your approach of highlighting unique Middle Eastern perfumes or dupes that are better or offer something new. Maybe that's just how I'd like to appreciate them as well. Along the lines of Middle Eastern perfumes that are unique and not dupes, I thought I would suggest "Khaltaat Al Arabia Royal Blends'. It smells like NOTHING else, can be downright confusing, and changes again on skin. There is a reason it is compared to so many different perfumes that are nothing alike in the comments, and the "smells like" is a battleground with just as much thumbs down on all the suggestions if not more than thumbs up. It's good, it's unique, it's weird but in a pretty way.

Really? I wanted yo buy it but I wasn't sure about the strong oud mixed with dry mango smell. Now 8 hours later my wrist and still smell something manly. But on paper it smelled so good. So I wonder if I get it and let it maceration. Tho keep in mind I sprayed it from a tester bottle which would have maceration, so why I can't smell the sweet mango more while it's that oud or musky man note is the more prominent?
I received the lataffa dubai portrait 2 days ago and I ordered it because of the hype … and it smells like a toilet air freshener so I’m soooo disappointed :( the scent gets better when it dries down. I’ll let it macerate for few weeks and hopefully it will get better. However I’ve got the lataffa dubai (the black bottle) and it smells so good (like pop corn, coffee, butterscotch) :)
French Coffee is SOOO SO GOOD! I actually prefer the oil over the perfume just because the coffee note is stronger to my nose. I need to know if Casablanca smells like Al-Rehab Golden Sands oil. To me Golden Sands smell like slightly caramelized sugar syrup with fresh juicy apple, pear, and grape. So so good and I really want a spray version of it. Can’t find the spray version at all so I’m hoping Casablanca smells like it.

I love Ajayeb Dubai Portrait and agree with you that the bottle is hideous because of the pairing of the white plastic with the glass!
