Yes it is - I amended the description (after the update) to say "After the latest update, Slide Masters can be found under View, then Theme Builder." It changed after the update in around October 2021.
@@JustClickHere-ITtraining Theme builder doesn't change the font either, all it does is add the sample titles to every page ("title", and doesn't do anything to change the fonts!)

Unfortunately doesn't work as of 7/24 - They've replaced "master" with a "theme builder" that works about 1000x worse
