Nah. His neutral is still nothing special and he still has bad frame data on most of his normals with huge whiff recovery, along with his specials having whiff recovery. He's more self-reliant to be sure, but he still definitely needs assists

Bandai Namco has ALWAYS loved Gogeta, he has been top tier or close to top in literally every iteration of video game that they’ve ever published for the past 20+ years. When he first dropped, I was actually surprised by how toned down he was. They made sure to fix that real quick.

Combo after the unblockable solo is cool, but the scaling is nerfed old spark routes that killed with lvl 1s no longer kill. Kind of a shadow nerf
