When you mention that you feel that Jiren's reverse beat isn't as meaningful as Vegito's, I'm presuming you mean this with the changes to Vegito's 2L making it a low in mind? If not, would love to know why you feel that
@@christiancollongues5248 So there's a few things to unpack there. It's not just about how many buttons you can use in a string, because that's not all that's relevant when trying to pressure someone. Sure, Vegito can add an extra button onto his string by doing 2M > 2L > 5LL > 5M, whereas Jiren would be doing something along the lines of 5L > 2M > 2L > 5M etc, but that's not what makes it strong. Firstly, Vegito's 2L is not a true string. You can Lv3 or DP to punish it. Furthermore, Vegito has a LOT worse stagger pressure than Jiren does. Not only are most of Jiren's moves faster, with less recovery, but he also can chain them into his counters and frame traps, which makes him a menace to block. Jiren being able to go from his medium buttons back into his incredibly fast, safe, medium scaling 2L is a big big deal. Don't get me wrong, Vegito's 2L becoming a low is definitely a solid buff, but it does not provide nearly as much power as buffing Jiren's already incredibly potent stagger potential.
@@Lepogans i agree with you but the thing is that vegeto’s 2L is reflect proof and everybody reflects against vegeto beacause this is not true and everyone knows that so you can just throw it on a reflect and do something like a 5H or bait it and wait then do a full combo but yes jiren stagger pressure is really impressive and his medium counter being buff it’s even scarier
As a UI main I love Jiren getting buffs and hope to see more online to fight against
Im happy 4 Jiren mains
Character was already number 1 before this btw
@@debeb5148bruh; what do you mean by number one
@@_best_9993 Like actually the best in the game. He was #1. Have you seen the frame data on his command grabs? One of them is frame 12
@@debeb5148he only has ONE command grab and it’s a normal at that. And it’s not that fast.
Jiren staggers just got so much worse
jiren had enough, time to end the tournament
This character dude 💀
Im gonna have to put Jiren on my hate list, like the fusions. He cant stop winning bro💀
@@will_9910Jiren and Beerus bro. They're easily top 2 in this patch.

Beacause vegeto can 2M 2L 5LL 5M but jiren can only do 2M 5M 2L or 5M 2L 2M i think so that’s less relevant but ya know it’s just my opinion
