God, it's absolutely fraudulent that printer companies make these cartriges for pennies, charge a fortune to buy them, and then have to *gaul* to call them 'disposable', 'recyclable', and 'sustainable'. Why they don't offer a refill service is beyond me. You're doing a great service here. Putting power back into the hands of the people. Thank you for your product! #righttorepair

Hewlett Packard put a miniscule 3.5ml of ink in this cartridge when it could easily hold 20. Absolute con and an environmental travesty Hewlitt Packard. Hi Printer Refresh, I would like to say the kit is worth every penny. I paid £16.99 for 90ml which will last for 30 fills, this means I am saving over £500 in standard cartridges. Easy to use once you follow the video. It works perfectly on my HP Envy 6200 with a HP 303 Black Cartridge. Thank you and definitely will purchase again.
I have just bought the premium tool from the website below and I must say having just used it i was very pleased! I have been refilling my cartridges for years, I use a lot of black ink especially as a musician for sheet music , the biggest problem you will encounter is priming the cartridge after refilling, this tool did the trick wonderfully. Well im back. I only ordered yesterday and the kit is here! Followed instructions, filled very slowly. I filled a 304XL with 8.4ml of ink (I found the info on the internet.) All went well without an issue, very simple indeed! Im currently printing some large text documents and all are no different in print quality to any original ink! Very impressed. No smudging, leaks, or anything! Just ordered the full colour set now as I can see that running out next 😉. Im genuinely quite pleased with customer service and quality of the product. The only issue I have found is you have to ignore the printer telling you the ink is low, but thats it. And the instruction do state this. Value for money is bang on! The only people thumbing this down has to be sellers and or manufacturers of the genuine cartridges! This is hands down the best guide and product I’ve come across, thank you! Just refilled a HP 304 Cartridge and it works brilliantly. At the moment - June 2020 - you just cannot get a 304 black cartridge for under £29 ish. and any advertised cheaper suppliers at 'normal' price are out of stock till whenever..
Just ordered, after watching the opening up of the HP 304 cartridge and this video, I had no idea how much money I have been wasting. Prices of these cartridges have gone through the roof and, seeing as one of these kits costs the same as a cartridge does on amazon at the moment, it's a no-brainer. Just received one kit for HP 304, I recharged the black cartridge following the video instructions and the print quality is the same as using the original cartridge. Very good product, congratulations!!

Hi, I've seen in one disassembly HP black cartridge video just how big that inner sponge is. So to me 3 mL of black ink seems a bit too low. Maybe this would apply for the tricolor cartridges (3 mL/sponge) but not for the black ones. Or am I wrong ? 🤔😕🙄😞 Thanks &... Best Regards,

Hi, I have a problem. The sucking jig thing isn't working anymore. When I try to draw the ink down like you demonstrate at 2:55 nothing comes out. I've tried this on two cartidges now. It's like it's not sealing properly or something. I've only used the device once before though and it worked fine... so if I have to buy a new jig each time then that's not a very good deal.

Hi, I have just changed printers from a canon to a HP, (HP ENVY 5050) I use to refill my canon cartridges, so I am familiar with the process, although I never had the tool shown in your video for priming the cartridge. My question to you is does a HP printer have any problems recognising a refilled cartridge? on my CANON you could get over this by pressing the red stop button for 10 seconds and after that you never had the problem of recognition again.
Just fill the ink by syringe an it will work no need of this tool.... If not work properly then just put straw on the hole from where you refill the ink and just blow little air by mouth and it will work definitely........ Thank me later 😅

I followed the instructions as closely as I could, primed it at the end, and when I get to printing my test prints are green and yellow and there's a lot of banding. There's nothing more coming out if I try to remove excess ink but the colours are totally off in comparison to what I am printing from my PC so I must be doing something wrong. I ran cleans as well and no difference, my machine is a month old (HP Envy 6220). Any recommendations on what I should try? When you sucked some ink out to get the flow was you blocking the hole at the top with your finger to stop leakage and when finished did you tape back over the hole you made through the label to make it air tight or do you just leave it open ? Thanks

do you not have to seal the fill hole on top afterwards with a small piece of tape ? I ordered the top kit from you last year and refilled my cartridges but had no luck really. Maybe get one a4 print then missing print. My cartidges were not dry - a bought another set of originals (ouch) and tried to refill those too but same result. I am going to try again.... now.

Hi there, I think I purchased from you a black & colour set to refill My HP ENVY photo 6200 some time ago. When I tried filling the colour and priming it, the printer was showing a low level still. I ended up buying a new cartridge ( colour ) and the printer then showed full ? I have now filled the black cartridge, primed it, and it shows a low level still ? ( 303 cartridge ) when I draw the cartridge across a piece of paper it gives a black line with No problems When I try to print in black it is broken. Well, mine leaves streaks of broken ink looking like the cartridge is empty. I di prime it by drawing some ink out and did the paper test and got a line ok ?
thanks for your reply, I had the same issue with the colour cartridge after re- filling it, checked the colours on a piece of paper by drawing it over it but ended up buying a new colour cartridge and this solved it. I will try a head clean to see if it sorts it.
BINGO !!!!! What I did was to put the cartridge on its refill base, fill it and empty it 3 times to clean the outlet of the cartridge. When I first checked it by drawing it across some paper it was dry. I also ran a cartridge clean on the printer. As you said, it still shows low ink level on the black but prints fine now. this may help others what I have done. thanks again regards Paul.

Hey, followed the refilling instructions and I have partial success. When I print a page the first half comes out fine but then the rest of the page is empty. Is this just because I haven't given the sponge time to fill properly and I just need to wait?

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling all the printer software and do not sign up to share information with HP about usage.

You can easily refill a hp also and in the vast majority of cases it’s simple. You will get a low ink warning but that’s perfectly normal.

We always leave it open, it’s not important.

Hello, the ink level showing as low is normal for refilled cartridges.

You can’t suck up through the hole because the ink must go down.
Hi do I need to recover the holes on color cartridge or leave them open.. Some people cover some leave it?
No need to cover, if you are not getting all colours it’s not refilled correctly or is dry !

I followed the instructions as closely as I could, primed it at the end, and when I get to printing my test prints are green and yellow and there's a lot of banding. There's nothing more coming out if I try to remove excess ink but the colours are totally off in comparison to what I am printing from my PC so I must be doing something wrong. I ran cleans as well and no difference, my machine is a month old (HP Envy 6220). Any recommendations on what I should try? I own a few small businesses so it's vital for me to sort out my problem but I don't know what I should do.
I am sorry. It’s most likely that the cartridges are dry x

You don’t need to , it will continue to print if you refill it.
So if I refill my cartridges i need to bypass the low ink warning and the only way to know i'm running outta ink is by looking at the print result? Oh yeah can I refill setup cartridges?
You can refill setup cartridges, just ignore the low ink warning.

I am afraid it’s probably ruined ! You could try suck everything out but it’s not likely to work.

When you sucked some ink out to get the flow was you blocking the hole at the top with your finger to stop leakage and when finished did you tape back over the hole you made through the label to make it air tight or do you just leave it open ? Thanks
I did not block it on purpose, there is no need to block it at all x

Hi I bought a colour kit did not have the primeing tool so filled the cartridge put it in the printer still showed empty so just bought a primeing tool see if that does it lett you all know ty

The ink levels will not effect you refilling. Even if you add ink the level will still drop.
For best results you must follow the instructions.
do you not have to seal the fill hole on top afterwards with a small piece of tape ? I ordered the top kit from you last year and refilled my cartridges but had no luck really. Maybe get one a4 print then missing print. My cartidges were not dry - a bought another set of originals (ouch) and tried to refill those too but same result. I am going to try again.... now.
There is no need to cover the hole. It sounds like you pushed the needle in too far damaging the filter inside.
@@Theinkrefillexperts Thanks for the reply, i did acknowledge that regarding pushing the needle too far so filled accordingly with correct depth and amount of ink,primed and then cleaned off the top of the cartridge applying a piece of tape sealing the fill hole.Tried printing yesterday, 10 copies and all good, tried again today and now all good.
Hallo.May you please help i am really stranded and stressed. So I bought a refill for my 304 HP cartridges last week, and i have refilled them but the printer still gives blank pages. I have tried several times to blow the ink out using my mouth ahaha but that only works for a minute, the next will be having the same problem again but funny there is ink inside the cartridge. What should i do?
You should suck more ink out but if it continues to happen it means that you have pierced the filter inside.

Yes you can very easily. It takes 4ml but inject very slowly maybe 1ml every 3 seconds.

I think I purchased from you a black & colour set to refill My HP ENVY photo 6200 some time ago.
When I tried filling the colour and priming it, the printer was showing a low level still.
I ended up buying a new cartridge ( colour ) and the printer then showed full ?
I have now filled the black cartridge, primed it, and it shows a low level still ? ( 303 cartridge )
when I draw the cartridge across a piece of paper it gives a black line with No problems
When I try to print in black it is broken. ( some print missing )
Someone said there is a chip in the cartridge that gives the level of ink ?

Hi Paul , ignore the ink level setting.
You can’t reset this. You can refill and they will print really well showing low on ink.
Well, mine leaves streaks of broken ink looking like the cartridge is empty.
I di prime it by drawing some ink out and did the paper test and got a line ok ?
That will mean it’s dry. Or blocked. Try running some head cleans
thanks for your reply, I had the same issue with the colour cartridge after re- filling it, checked the colours on a piece of paper by drawing it over it but ended up buying a new colour cartridge and this solved it. I will try a head clean to see if it sorts it.
BINGO !!!!! What I did was to put the cartridge on its refill base, fill it and empty it 3 times to clean the outlet of the cartridge. When I first checked it by drawing it across some paper it was dry.
I also ran a cartridge clean on the printer.
As you said, it still shows low ink level on the black but prints fine now. this may help others what I have done. thanks again regards Paul.

Nothing …just as in the video the needle goes through the label.
This is really a great guide. But I have a question. Because there was a hole, can I cover it with something like a sticker, so no air can get in and it won't solidify the ink in the cartridge? Thank you very much.

I have 303 and it does not work when I fill up them printer still says ink Cartridge is empty and does not print nor.al colors
Dimitar mine worked but tge colours are a bit different. U shouldn't put too much blue, otherwise it'll become green.

Hey, followed the refilling instructions and I have partial success. When I print a page the first half comes out fine but then the rest of the page is empty. Is this just because I haven't given the sponge time to fill properly and I just need to wait?
