  • Ingredients:-
    FOR BIRYANI MASALA PREPARATION
    Coriander - 2 Tbsp
    Fennel Seeds - 1 Tbsp
    black stone flower - few
    Cinnamon (1 inch Pieces) - 4
    Cloves - 5- 6 Pieces
    Cardamom - 4 - 5 Pieces
    Garlic - 50 gm
    Ginger - 30 gm
    Green Chilli - 3 nos.
    Shallots - 15 Pieces
    Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
    Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
    FOR BIRYANI
    Seeraga Samba Rice (500gm) - 2 glasses (wash & soak for 30min)
    FOR BIRYANI PREPARATION
    Ghee - 2 Table spoon
    Cooking Oil - 2 Table spoon
    Cinnamon (1 inch Pieces) - 1
    Cloves - 3 Pieces
    black stone flower - few
    Star anise - 1
    Cardamom - 4 Pieces
    Bay Leaf - 2
    Onion - 150 gm
    Add Grinded biryani masala
    Tomato - 100 gm
    Salt - 1-1/2 Table spoon
    Turmeric Powder - 3/4 T spoon
    Chilli Powder - 1-1/2 Table spoon
    Curd - 100gm
    Mutton - 750 gm
    Water - 250 ml
    Cover and Cook For 45 min in Medium Flame
    Water - 3 Glasses
    Half Lemon juice
    Salt - 1/2 Table spoon
    Add soaked biryani rice
    Cover and Cook For 8 min in Medium Flame
    Ghee - 1 Table spoon
    Add few Mint Leaves
    Add few Coriander Leaves
    Cover and Cook For 15 min in Low Flame
