If she compresses (flexes) her glutes at the end of each rep she’ll get insane results. Plus a butt pump! I showed my wife and she’s pretty happy with the results. 💪🏽👌🏽
nai nai she said she’s 107 which is approx 50kg and she squatted 165 which is approx 75kg, that’s pretty insane considering she did it for reps.

I'm willing to bet Brandon doesn't have bad leg genetics. He most likely doesn't work them hard enough in order for them to grow properly. I know because I used to be similar to him. The mistake Brandon is most likely making, is that he trains his leg with the same frequency and volume that he trains his upper body (I assume upper body training comes a lot easier and more naturally to him than leg training does). Often times, when you have a weak body part, it needs to be trained with more volume and more frequency in order for it to respond properly and grow!
If he were to train with me for 6 months, I'd get him to blow up his legs in size no problem.
