    Oh Lisette! It’s so pretty! I’m not really interested in diamond painting a J Wall but I love to admire them when other people do them.
    The details are amazing. I would rather do heavy confetti and get the details that color blocking.
    Thank You for the update!

    Glorious!! I diamond paint to relax, and always worried a work of this scale would be too stressful for me, but i love your suggestions. When you see just one quarter finished, the detail is so inspiring! The transparency of the white dandelion alone is amazing. Great work and commitment, Lisette!

      Thanks Tina - just break it up in smaller pièces - than it won’t be that overwhelming. Just enjoy small bits at a Time - it’s so rewarding to step back and see it come to live…that’s why I like working on these confetti heavy kits so much - also let go of a timeframe - because working on these kind of kits takes time so don’t comparé it to thé Time you normally spend on a kit…you’ll want to pull your hair out 🤣🤣🤣

    Thanks for the suggestion of staying with an XL painting for mor than just a square before going to a "break" picture. I have been working on a Jaded Gem 40 x 180 high confetti picture and have found it very enjoyable, but disorienting when I take a break and go back to it. I will try working on it for a longer period of time to get my rhythm!

    It is turning out so beautifully! I was happy to hear your opinion of round drills. I have 3 JWalls from Diamond Painting Deutschland and they are all squares and I thought I might buy a round kit next time - just to compare. I’m working on Leo in squares at this very moment, and I am so in love with it! It is 90x73 cm. I also work on my dining room table with 3 very large windows behind me. I use a light pad and a hand-held light-up magnifying glass. I’m in confetti heaven! I work in 4x5 sections based on the grid lines of the canvas. I have the 420 bottle ArtDot jumbo suitcase and it sits on a chair next to me, out of the way. I kit up by DMC which I know is crazy and not what most JWall painters do but it works for my old brain 🧠 😅I also have a smaller round painting going at all times to break up the intensity of doing a JWall. I absolutely love your dandelions!! I can’t wait for the next update! Crafty hugs Lisette! ❤

    Loved this video! I am also working on a Josephine Wall that is also huge with squares. Your sorting is similar to what I eventually did with my drills. Really am discovering that working on JWalls is such a different beast but with the challenge and the results it’s worth the effort. I am doing two rows across before putting it up to work on other projects. I am a lot slower diamond painter and estimate it will take me over 2 years to complete.

I also want to order one from The One With the Diamond Art, as their's are poured glue. As much as I would like to work on one from Diamond Painting Deutschland, I think a really large double sided adhesive canvas would be just to difficult to work on

      @LisetteCraftsandTells  Месяц назад +1

      So sorry to hear that you’re not enjoying it. I’ve been asked multiple times if I consider working on a JWall from them by viewers, but so far I’m not planning to. A JWall is such a labour of love and I need my canvas to be the best quality I can get so that I don’t go insane. The black and White canvas - as is how TOWTDA is printing it - would be too much for me. So I can’t say anything useful Regarding that company. On thé other hand - I can highly recommend Diamond painting Deutschland.

    Hallo Lisette, het is zo fijn om eens iemand te vinden die van oorsprong ook Nederlands praat en verstaat. Ik woon in België en het is net of niemand in de verre omtrek aan Diamond Painting doet. Ik hou heel erg veel van jouw kanaal, de tips die je geeft en je enthousiasme. Ik ontdekte DP eigenlijk pas vorig jaar augustus en ben me dus nog volop aan het bijscholen. Super dat er mensen zijn zoals jij die al hun geheimen en trucs delen met ons beginnelingen. Daarom een vraagje: jij begint je DP's soms ook aan de onderkant. Ik doe dat ook het liefst ,hoewel het doorgaans wordt afgeraden. Maar als je zo'n grote maakt als je JW, wat doe je dan met het stuk waaraan je al hebt gewerkt? Rol je dat op of draai je je werk? Ik zoek al een tijdje naar een goede oplossing, hopelijk kan jij me helpen. En ik hou van de keuzes afbeeldingen die je maakt. Ik heb veel dezelfde die ik nog moet maken. Het wordt tijd dat ik jouw tips voor Destaching eens ga opvolgen.😊Heel veel groetjes!

    • @LisetteCraftsandTells
      @LisetteCraftsandTells  Месяц назад

      Hi Heidi - wat een leuk berichtje. Dank je wel! Ik ben blij dat je mijn YT gevonden hebt. Ik draai mijn JWall inderdaad - deze is extra lastig omdat het portrait stijl is maar zelfs dan lukt het nog. Oprollen doe ik met deze liever niet, want ik wil niets beschadigen. Bij mijn DAC en Dreamer Designs schuif ik ze gewoon omlaag en dan ligt het gedeelte waar ik aan gewerkt heb vaak opgerold op mijn schoot - nog nooit een probleem mee gehad - soms een vouw op de plekken waar ik er tegenaan leun (bij rand van de tafel) en ook dat trekt daarna bij even platleggen weer goed. Veel groetjes uit Frankrijk

    • @heidicooreman1229
      @heidicooreman1229 Месяц назад

      Dag Lisette, dankjewel voor de tip. Ik hou me nu vooral aan DAC, deze zijn toch wel heel erg mooi he. En ik vrees dat ik zal teleurgesteld zijn als ik iets bestel bij een andere webshop met misschien mindere kwaliteit. Ik wist niet dat dit zo verslavend was. En er zijn zoveel mooie canvassen. Mijn kasten vullen zich meer en meer. Haha. Maar ik ondervind dat oefening ook hier weer de sleutel is en het gaat steeds vlotter en beter. Ik kijk alweer uit naar een nieuwe episode in jouw diamond painting-verhaal. Je doet het geweldig. Groetjes uit België.

      I have seen them, but aren’t tempted to buy from them. I don’t like working with black on White drillfield myself - especially when it is super confetti heavy. Can’t say anything useful about their quality since I haven’t tried it myself. So if I were you I would look for yourubers who havé worked on a JWAll from them. I think Angie - from Angie’s crafting with diamonds has done Some videos Regarding thé JWall canvases from them. On thé other hand I do highly recommend Diamond Painting Deutschland.
