Nice rig. I'm running a 6610 series 2, loaded rears, rear weights, with a Ford FEL and a 10 foot Titan brush hog. Can't do what you do. I go up and down steep pasture. Thanks for the video.
You got that wrong jack Pepsi keeps me going and skill baby skill and if you don’t know why my hog is off the ground well right there proves that you haven’t a clue what’s going on then just one of them know it all’s and a want to be, I’m calling you out big boy don’t be scared now jack
Who taught this guy how to bush hog? The mower is raised to high and who treats their equipment like that? Looks like he tilled more dirt for planting than mowing.
You want some big boy come on down looks like we have another grass hugger o yeah and bring that pocket full of money my lessons aren’t cheap you think you can out do me well I know you can’t so come big boy bring that smart ass on and I guarantee that’s 100 percent guarantee I make you look like a asshole no problem big boy
Someone who wants to get er done is what it looks like to me. He obviously knows what he’s doing. I do wonder why he is raising the hog so high??? That’s a question for him. Perhaps there’s a bunch of rock in the area that will need removed before getting a close cut. Good Tractors are built to run hard. No question he can put cut my ass!!
I got so many questions... I wonder what he is smoking, I wonder if his brains are loose, I wonder if any of his mother's kids lived, is he wearing a seat belt, did he go to school to learn how to do this, has he ever flipped it, what is he yelling, is he yelling the same thing each time he yells, who is he yelling at, is this his chosen profession or is he the homeowner?
always makes me wonder what it is doing to the engine as far as is oil getting pumped up to where it should be or is the oil feeder tube sitting out of the oil since it is such a steep angle. i guess tractor manufacturers have figured it out.
That’s what it’s there for and any operator should know this and the angle I took while going over the bank you hit the brake that’s what it is there for once again and there’s a lot more tricks you’ll never know lol
Just think about what you said before you watch the video and you probably figured it out it’s something I learned a long time ago but can’t give up my secrets thanks
I've got a New Holland 5030 and would love a set of duals like that. What kind of spacer and brackets are they? I've got some hills to mow, but nothing like that...Good Job!!
That is why you have dual wheels. You SLIDE not roll sideways. What he is doing wrong is to hold the tractor on the slope with the brakes. He should line the tractor up along the slope and use the diff lock to hold the tractor on the slope. Much less strain on the brakes . Lastly the brush hog needs to be on the ground to cut. He is crushing more grass than he is cutting. I grew up on that kind of hill country and it is a matter of experience. I have never rolled a tractor either. KNOW YOUR TRACTOR.
@@jwhitley101whitleyfarms9 has nothing to do with the power it’s the over tightening and the pressure that’s put on them constantly you will break the booms I’ve snapped off all four on one duel back to back all within 2 minutes then have to pull it out of the woods and the center dishes on the inside wheel I bust at least 2 or more a year and when this happens bye bye both wheels they have put me in some bad situations
You’re a freaking nut!!! Some balls for sure. Freaking awesome bush hogging. I have my first ever tractor 1988 Kubota L2850 34hp and trying to figure out if I should keep the center 72” mower or get a rear mower. I don’t know what’s best for steep hills and stuff. Like will a bush hog/rear mower stay on the ground as the tractor comes up over the top of a hill?? Or will it raise up missing cutting the very top of the hill. I have 2 large hills and both level off at the top to a flat section for 20’ or so then back up. Definitely to steep to mow sideways. Unless you had this beast on it!!😂😂
Sounds like you’re hogging with a single gearbox with a single rear wheel as well there the worlds worst to pick up things and throw I’ve been there and done that lol
@@randalpryor9444 Yah I highly doubt that. I trim out power line right of ways. I’ve been on shit so steep you got an winched to another machine so you don’t flip over and these machines are made to do that unlike you’r little tractor you put together.
@@kalegorskey9192 I don’t need no winch when and very few times I get in doubt I keep going and remember I do it sideways no up and down shit cause anyone can do that there’s only one way to settle this bring it on load up and come on down I’ll show you steep ground that would be hard to crawl up with your hands and feet so let’s get it on here’s your chance to show me oh yeah no winches aloud
@@randalpryor9444 You haven’t been on steep stuff if you haven’t had to use winches. You can’t trim power lines going up and down. You gotta go sideways. When you get above 60 degree slopes give me a call and I’ll take over. That’s when the big boys start to play.
@@kalegorskey9192 call did you say well no problem I am but you go ahead and put a “ing” behind the word that calling right? I’m calling you out now load up and come on down and make sure that pockets full of cash because my lessons aren’t cheap I’ll show you that 60 degree slopes haven’t got shit on me so don’t be scared I have a big log chain sitting on the side to drag you as I go, now I could keep on doing this for weeks with you but I haven’t got time so man up and come on down otherwise shut the hell up and stay on the porch and prop your head back against that rocking chair and dream on buddy
You need to add some flexibility in your top link. Either your front wheels or your mower is off the ground. You a cap job of mowing and very dangerous.
The camera can only zoom in so far, that’s why on every camera that I’ve seen anyway there’s a little button that has zoom on it you must be one of them that has never seemed to figure that one out everdently
Opinions is like assholes Everyone’s got one come on down with them pockets full of cash and I will make you look like the word above don’t be scared now
That is a man who knows the limits of a tractor like that. You definitely don't tell him how to bush hog on a hill! Great video!
Perfect example of "just because you can, doesnt mean you should." Insane

Just Make Sure You are checking those Duel tires once a month, the bolts Crack from stress on unlevel ground, and that's what gets you killed.
Should have titled this video Pabst Blue Ribbon and Bushhoggin'

He’s got skills! Steering with rear brakes, badass
The best part is the driver has a cigarette hanging out of his mouth the entire time he is bush hogging.
He'd have better control with a batwing stablizing the tractor instead of that 8ft mower.
He's either really skilled or nuts!
Nuts.....
both!

I forgot more than this Mel Welch will ever know and that’s a fact
I've watched this whole video Mr Pryor and come to the conclusion that you are an idiot. They will find you under that tractor in the future.

Pretty dangerous to follow that closely videoing.

I keep a extra quart in the engine
That bush hog is to high. Very dangerous going across that ditch.
He knows what he is doing I like that ther is not many people who can do that kind of stuff eny more 👍👍👍👍👍
Keep locking that brake to show off for the camera you think real operators don't see that

Why do you have your bush hog raised so high

Only thing I see wrong here is the girl filming was way too close my cousin got hit in the head following too close behind a bush hog
Hell yeah, crab crawling that dude, love it.

10” spacers and there the boom style 4 booms total
Unverferth is the company you can find them on goggle

72hp
I don't see how them snap on duals stay on the way he slides it around
They won't come off if they are on right he doesn't have enough power to break them

How many tractors do you have man??
2 fords and 1 Deere thanks for watching….

Good setup...this is back when Ford was making products people wanted...
Yes the best tractors ever made 👍🏻
What width is the bush hog ?
8 foot
I started out with a 4000 ford and a 10 foot mower and a hell of alot of suitcase weights lol
Now that's extreme at its best
Hey not using a front hog?we have luck to using front and rear hogg
That man fears nothing
I hope this guy is still mowing. Be nice to see some new videos
Can't cut any thing if he don't put the brush hog down
use you diff lock. it will keep the lower tire from spinning and turning the tractor
Those bystanders are more brave than him dont know how many times I've seen chunks of wood or rock sling a couple hundred feet dangerous

Why if you know you can go through it don’t you leave it down , instead of letting it raise a ft or more??!
You and several more keeps asking me the same exact question and I intend to give the answer once that I go live on down the road
Just a matter of time before he is seriously hurt or worse.
I know a lot of people that could beat that lol. Including myself. And yes I have videos posted
Heck with videos come on down and bring some cash my lessons aren’t cheap
