This is great! Even in 2024 the voiceover in Canva is awkward and recording in Qicktime makes the file too large. I was looking for a workaround so I will try one of my voice apps on my phone! Thanks so much! You are awesome!

Had the same issue with the Canadian version. The 3 dots are hidden under the "Share" button. Hit that and you will find something like " ... More" at the bottom of the pop-up. Hope this helps.
Hi there, no Canva doesn't have this function. But never say never! To be honest, and I know how hard it is when you're feeling self-conscious, but if you want to be truly authentic I'd always recommend using your own voice. Make notes or a script if you don't feel confident. I hated being in front of a camera when I first started making videos, but the more I did it, the more confident I became. Good luck!

Hello, great video! I recorded my audio in Canva, but I can't delete the audio after I have downloaded it. I don't have the same feature as you. I only see "copy link" and "download video", but not "delete". I hope you can help!
No I'm afraid not. Once you've downloaded from Canva you can't edit any further unless you mute the audio in Canva and record a new voice over in iMovie.
Does canva av an automated voice like some other apps? Where I can use voice note from the computer instead of my voice to read those texts n still observes the punctuation marks

I Have tried recording this way ! really great idea !!! however the pc noise also captured therefore recording becomes noisy. Kindly advise.
Thanks for your question. If your PC fan is making a lot of noise you can purchase equipment to help it stay cool.

I suppose that's possible, yes. You'd have to add the audio to a VIDEO presentation template so you can adjust the audio to for each slide.

Just after I wrote this, I realised I was being daft. I just use the link that the recording generates and paste it into a new tab. Much faster.

Did you upload the voice-over? I'm unsure why it hasn't 'synced' with your slides.
You need to update this video. The info is outdated now because canva has made a way for us to record on each slide inside of canva

Yes you could, just make sure you use a presentation VIDEO template so you can easily add / edit your audio.

Why can I only do one recording. It keeps taking me back to the "download" or "link" box but I can't start a new one even if I deleter it.

I wasn’t able to find the three dots in the corner, I’m using an i pad for this but maybe it’s just for a Mac book?
It will be there but maybe in a slightly different place on an iPad

Do you mean import a voiceover? If so, then yes. You can upload an audio file into Canva.
Can one use TTS if so can you do a video does it have to MP3 or MP4
There is no TTS in Canva at the moment.
