Hi Justin. Love your work guy. Quick question regarding copyrights. If I have a pro account, can I add any of the Canva videos from the video library to my own RUclips videos (mainly as B-rolls) without worrying about legal claims? If yes, is it set in stone or can Canva Change the rules at a later date? Many thanks
Great video, just a heads up regarding adding a background to a text block, there's no need to drag and drop a rectangle graphic. Simply select the text block, click on the 'effects' option on the top bar, they have an option called 'background' which automatically adds a background to your text block that you can also fully customise :)

Great video thank you, Justin. I learned a lot of new tricks with your tutorial. - I have one more question: How do you synchronize voice-over in your Canva videos?
I really appreciate this as a budding new RUclipsr. I've really needed something that's basic enough to get done what I need and nothing more, and frankly those around me are alway suggesting very hefty learning curve softwares that are just too much for the current times of my life. I work a lot and I'm a single father, so I can't justify spending a bunch of time editing videos, even if I know it'd boost my views.
Oh my gosh. I haven't even watched this yet but have to tell you this is timely. I've been struggling with editing my first video for 3 days - the entire weekend 😣. It's a slow process. I'm almost done but can't wait to watch this now (6:55am in USA) . I already know Justin will have the answers for me! Ok 5:25 mark and he's answering my question about layering broll on top of A-roll. 🙏🏽 I'm so glad I haven't published my video yet!
Thank you so much for this video! I usually use movie maker, but recently I've been having problems with saving my movies for you tube so was looking for another video editing software to use. You've made it really easy to follow along and hopefully I'll have soon learnt how to edit my videos on canva. 👍😊
Excellent! Thanks for the finer details in one video. I love tutorials videos with lots of information. I don't have time for the small talk and multiple videos to learn! Refreshing to have all the important info in 1 place!
You explained the complicated process of video making in such simple words and steps that I guess I no longer have any inhibitions to make one. Great job!
Thank you sir, you are the best teacher. it took me all day learning this stuff but got my first video edited with your help. Thank you a million times.
Help?! I uploaded a bunch of photos and then put them in the video. But some of the photos need to be landscape and some need to be portrait. Whenever I switch one photo, it changes the orientation of them all! I didn't want to but I signed up for paid Canva because it wouldn't let you resize on the free version. I do have a 30 day trial. But how can you make it use your photo's orientation as it it? I try clicking on each photo/page and then resize it to the "opposite" but then it always changes every single photo/page. Is it not possible to have both potrait and landscape photos in the same video?
Thankyou so much for this! 🙌 A great tutorial of the software with a sprinkle of some general editing tips and advice 👌 I was actually mind blown by how versatile this is, why did I not connect the dots before!🤯 I know what my Sunday is going to be spent doing 🤩💜
Having recently started exploring the world of teaching English as a second language and not being familiar with taking videos, I was really stressing over pretty much everything from having to learn taking a good video and then going through the process of editing, which I apprehensively assumed was going to be a loooooong process. Thanks to you, the entire experience was practically a walk in the park. Thank you much. Peace, love and blessings to you.
@@PrimalVideo Thank you so much for doing this tutorial for canva video editing. Just one more question. After splitting the clip to delete the unwanted part of it how do you join the splited video on the left with the rest of the clips on right to play smoothly without noticing that the clips were splited?
Hi Justin, really loved this video. Is there a maximum font size for a lyric video or is it fine as long as it fits within the 1920 x 1080 video template? My font size for text is around 50 -55 depending on the number of words. Thanks in advance.
Very informational. I do have a question: I had edited a video, and when I had saved it as an .mp4 it had given me a .crdownload file, which was unusable. How would I fix this?
I love how you break everything down, but I do have a question. Whenever I'm making a video with 1 consecutive video (Ocean waves, flowing streams, etc) and try to split it into sections to add different texts, it always glitches with either an overlap or gap between the sections to where you can see it glitch or jump forward at each text change. It's not one, smooth flowing video with text popups and it ruins the effect. Do you have any advice or tips that could help me avoid that?
