Uploading Bin File Firmware to ESP32

This is a short instruction on how to upload my firmware files to an esp32, the easy way.

If i get com fail I guess the board is just dead

Could be several things, not just a dead chip.
Make sure your cable is a data cable, be sure you have the correct port selected, if the particular board requires you to press or hold boot for comms, those are all common overlooked issues to name some off the top of my head

Yeah it’s much more likely to be bad cable connection or even missing drivers than a bad board.

I think it was a firmware issue, I ended up restoring it using the flash button and the firmware provided by lilygo
