Hey Ryan! Nah, I wish. On hosted mode, all we can get is zone and respawn for ltto, unfortunately! I wish! I just hadn’t tested the hill captures yet for LTTO and wanted to give it a whirl. However, hostile bases, respawns will always work though. But the ltto taggers have to be in hosted mode,

It was 6.0 and yeah it was running, I just lost interest in it for now. It was functional and a few people integrated it and they made a walkthrough for setting it up.

Short version... Where do I find BRX/callsign software? I haven't been able to connect to the app, BC hasn't been able to help. I have the hardware (esp and such) you feature in videos, just not sure where to start.

I like swaptx for its capabilities. Without modding, out of the box, it still is a great system but not very durable for the price. Fantastic concept, system etc. but without the full capability and follow up releases or building my own aftermarket items it is a hard sale at the price point because of the durability. As the video states, it’s the modality or capability that gets me to where I want it, not out of box though at the price point.

They are not supported natively for the brx. The only version of brx that would even be able to support it would be gen 2 taggers or gen 3. The easiest way would be to write your own headset firmware but you would need a lot of pin reverse engineering. Another way would be to use an external esp32 that acts as a phone device that pairs to tagger and the bracelet but now your introducing another component.

Could be several things, not just a dead chip. Make sure your cable is a data cable, be sure you have the correct port selected, if the particular board requires you to press or hold boot for comms, those are all common overlooked issues to name some off the top of my head

Yeah it’s much more likely to be bad cable connection or even missing drivers than a bad board.

I think it was a firmware issue, I ended up restoring it using the flash button and the firmware provided by lilygo Didn't look back ;)@@maukaman

Something this large would use about 1200 grams of filament, that’s about 25-30 USD. An injection mold for something this size would cost anywhere from 25k to 100k USD. If you happen to get an injection mold for something like this, I’d be happy to buy one of your product outputs 😂 as for myself, I’ll stick with the print of one or two one off design/prints. If I were manufacturing with a large clientele then something like an injection mold would make total sense as an investment but I just do hobby projects so 3d printing is more budget friendly.

I wouldn’t bother with it. I’ve had people I k ow try these out, not super reliable. The actual infrared device is that attachment on there the gun is used just as a trigger mechanism. The range is also garbage. The 600’ claimed is only in darkness, poor optics and cheap IR emitters result in a less than ideal actual range. Is it better than most the “popular” junk found on the web? Probably but realistic use in outdoor sunlight is not amazing

@@extremelasertag3602 I only play once in a while when i see my nephews or when i talk the wife into playing around my house and yard . I have testing the range they shoot at very far distances . There are numerous good locations Crestridge ecological area is my local hike area it would be a great spot even up in Laguna Mtns rec area in the real forest would be good . I am not sure how long people can play for how long the game captivates them . ? I can only get people to play for half hour

I usually get a couple of hours when we play. One day we spent 8 hours playing though. Keeping up the different game play modes makes for entertainment. There is a group playing in Fullerton on Sundays (every other) and they go about 4 hours. It’s hard for me to make the trip up there though because of scheduling conflicts. Message me your contact info on Facebook messenger and we will link up I’d like to have some regular every other Saturday games set up.

It’s not RFID they are just contacts from tab to tab. Nah, not many people will want to bother with making stuff like this. Only the enthusiasts/hobbyists would ever bother. And specific interests at that as well.

I’ve printed a skin cover, just a basic small one to allow for putting any chip/rail I’d like to inside. I also have an order of pcb replacement chips coming in sometime this week as permanent weapon mods versus a tinfoil temporary modification
