    Why have the athletes gained a higher body fat percentage while gaining weight? Is it possible to build more muscle without the increase in body fat?

      Yes. Body Fat weight wont hurt em.

      If the increment is very low it is possible, but if you gain a lot of pounds then a fraction is fat while another portion is muscle

      The percentages the athletics staff provides are probably from a Dexa Scan, which isn’t accurate. Moore was likely 9% before his weight gain. Gaining muscle is easier when you’re at a caloric surplus, but it isn’t needed.

    I can’t squat 500 in highschool and I’m 17 and I’m 220 but I ain’t. Get no offfers as a linebacker smh
