One of the hidden gems on Radio Silence, and what a gift this video is for us hardcore fans. Took me over an hour to watch with all the pausing. Simply the best rock band out today putting out new music.

I love this video. It has so many pictures from back in the day. I know more than a few guitarists who were jealous of John's guitar collection. I remember all of the ones shown here and the one favorite of mine that I didn't see which was a Jackson Telecaster that I only saw him play once but it was pretty bad ass. I remember when Roxanne got signed to Scotti Bros. Every band from the Inland Empire was so proud of them, and then the label refused to promote them. They were easily one of the most talented bands in the LA area at the time but I guess the timing was wrong. The whole music industry shifted their interests to the new stuff coming out of Seattle, and Roxanne, who I always thought was different and unique in their own way, was left out in the cold... but then Boogie Knights was born and a whole new brand of entertainment came to life thanks to Jamie Brown and the boys from Roxanne. This is a perfect example of "Survival of the Fittest." 30+ years later and Roxanne comes back on the scene with an offering as unique and mature as anyone could hope to expect; and it delivers a great bunch of honest to goodness songs that most people can relate to in some way or another, and music lovers of all genres can appreciate. Well done boys!
yes indeed I haven't heard of them until a month ago. they have this one thing I like a connection with the songs. a friend of mine siad listen to go fuck yourself and was blow away how they let the song breath with authority if that makes sense letting each interment stand out so I was like fuck that was awesome I got both albums been listening to them still being blowed away dam kick ass band on many levels
I'm not sure why this never came up on my feed. My favorite album that year. I have the new CD on pre-order.

I saw the ad where you opened for Racer X. Now I remember you guys, I was at that gig. I was actually being a roadie for a day for Paul and Bruce. I remember telling Paul that 'these guys are really good, great sense of song writing and melody' he agreed.
