Rules of Divisibility: 12

Does the number pass the divisibility by 3 rule (the sum of the digits is a multiple of 3)? Does the number pass the divisibility by 4 rule (the last 2 digits are a multiple of 4)? If it passes BOTH rules, it is divisible by 12.
