My daughter and her son applied 10 times it was visitor visa every time it declined and now she wants to apply her sons student visa he is 18 years old and still goin in form 13 in fijiwill he get the visa
One of my friend (offshore) got an invitation (subclass) 491, and during her medical examination, she found out that she is HIV-infected. She started treatment, and now it is under control. The latest reports indicate that the virus is undetectable (meaning it is in her blood but below 10 copies/mL, so it is not harmful to anyone).
She received a natural justice letter from Immigration and was asked to provide additional documents. Do you think she will get a visa?
She is in very tens please give info if someone faced this situation.

Need Visa Guideline to apply for job visa regarding Cardiovascular Perfusionist.
To apply for an Australian job visa regarding Cardiovascular Perfusionist, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Be aged between 18 and 45 years old.
Have a valid passport.
Meet the health and character requirements.
Have a positive skills assessment from the Australian and New Zealand Association of Perfusionists (ANZAP).

@@apollofateh324 during the PR application they will ask for medical exams, and it's better to tell the truth and probably got the visa accepted, or they will kick it out from there, because only true info needs to be told to them, and I'm not saying about the border control.
What is the processing time of 815 form. My visa status is in further assessment stage after 815 form submission.

What about if you have history of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) but now in remission?

hello Good evening recently I've been medical and will have findings on my xray but this is not new for me coz this is comes out every time I got xray and so I go to pulmonary specialist and he's assessment is clear and not infected and he also gave me clearance is this considered by immigration for my visa. Yes, my son applications declined twice, this is only visiting visa to catch up with me and my husband and his brother.
First reason for decline is my son and I is not biological mother.
Second reason for decline is my son doesn’t go back to his home country. Unfortunately is wrong he have to look after the house and the power bill is in his name.
