Monster Hole still happens a few times a year. But the inlet rarely gets surf. First Peak never happens now and I still fish there a couple days a week. What people refer to now as Spanish House is not even where Spanish House was it was about a 3rd of a mile South of where most surfers now go due to the available parking
One of the very best surf spots in all of Florida is on the westside ........North of Naples and South of Venice ......but you need a boat or a jet ski .......and big brass ones to surf with the biggest Hammerheads that use the area as a breeding ground ! Not a joke ! There's a "pass" that gets insanely good for about 6 hours to a day after cold fronts push through ! Only gets really good a handful of times a year but when it's doing it's thing it's as heavy a spot as anywhere within several hundred miles in any direction ! Don't go there though .......even if you find it .......the currents and sharks are for sure going to be a problem ......it is doable .......but you better be quick to your feet or your getting dragged across a crushed shell sandbar that's super shallow ! No jetski or boat and it's a suicide mission !
Lists New Syrmna without Evan or Eric Geisleman. No mention of Cormican. No mention of Shea or Cory Lopez in Ponce, Jesse Heilman from Ponce. If you open up a Surer Mag these days, more than half the biggest adds in there are FL surfers.
Mexico Beach seriously ? I had no idea, your saying its worth trying ? I will, I'll drive there soon and check it out if you say so, let me know, thanks. Any particular beach in PCB ?
@@irishman3375 Panama City Beach is shorebreak down the entire coast, as it's actually an island, but it will break anywhere on the beach. If the swell direction is right and large enough it can make point breaks along jetties. The thing is is, being sand bottom shore break the sandbars will shift and you really just need to drive around and scout out what may be best for the day or ask a local surf shop. Mexico Beach is a little more inconsistent but when it is firing, it's a fast, hollow wave and it will barrel. County Pier (not City Pier) in PCB can barrel on lefts too if the conditions are correct. PCB is a very fast break with steep drops. Rides are pretty short but with the aggressive drops, it can be a ton of fun.
2:50 Ponce Inlet is not a river. In the video clip for it, there is a guy surfing a river. And with hoodie and gloves, which is not used in FL unless you are in Jacksonville or a person that cannot take cold weather and not even. 5:32 Boynton beach has an incorrect picture.Take the video down. Second comment of mine in how misformed this video is
Most incorrect information of surfing spots in FL. A tourist guide made this and not a surfer.
Please let me know your top 5 best surf spot in florida!
For sure not South beach LOL! @@kimikin8568
The drone clips from Jacksonville Beach are wrong 😂 that is Playa Grande, located in Mar del Plata, Argentina
this has to be an AI generated video
🤣🤣
Good video
What about Spanish House , just up the beach north of Sebastian?
Ahh nothing like being a florida native than to laugh at all the inaccurate descriptions here lmao
Sebastian inlet hasn't been good since 2005 when they rebuilt the jetty, doesn't even break anymore
Spanish house still goes off🏄♂️

almost ALL of the footage was not even anywhere in Florida.
Talking about Florida waves but showing random beaches from around the world
Thanks for giving the North Florida Gulf Coast two spots in your video. Panama City Beach has a Jetty that has fun waves too.
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching
I went there a good bit back in the late 90s and early 2000s. Looking at my 7'2" Open Seas by Tim Luther right now ;)
@@russbolton947 Great! I went to Bay High School with Tim and still have two Open Seas surfboards.

There are point breaks and shore breaks in PCB that stomp Destin and they're only an hour apart. Mexico Beach can get even better than both.
Thanks for your valuable comments. It will make people more careful

Typhoon Lagoon.
Lol that’s not Jacksonville beach 🤣
👍
So wrong!!! Hills rocks!!!!!
You guys want to go surf the officers club?
I wish Destin was a good spot. Unless theres some ground swell, its not great.
Thanks for your opinion
Sadly I wish that was an opinion
15 foot waves in Florida? This person speaking must not be a surfer..
We just have 15 footers hit lantana
Double overhead at many other spots too.
Ever surf Reef Road?
No, I haven't. Don't even know where that is..
@@Kidgloves1984 do you even surf?lol
I thought reef road had something happen that fucked up the break
can anyone tell me where the spot is at 1:48 or where the clip is from
They were putting generic footage up that did not correlate to the spots, I noticed they re-used a couple as well.
#1 was Seabastian Inlet! Imagine this "Gigantic Tongue" 🌊(similar to the wedge) Then the longest right 🏄 depending on the Tide!
Yeah but the water and beach in Cocoa Beach are gross.
Thanks for your opinion
This is not a good video! Most pics don't match the spot they're talking about. Also this is an AI voice. Not a real person
New Smyrna is a no go. 5 times I paddled out all 5 I kicked or saw a shark.
This thing couldn’t be more wrong. They should be embarrassed posting this
This has to be AI generated. These clips aren't even Florida. The Ponce footage was a Colorado fucking river clip?
This video is so gnar 🤣🤦🏼♂️🤡
I’m a Florida local and cocoa beach sucks and stop giving away some of the secret spots bro
Miami is the best spot year round. Waves everyday there for some reason
Thanks for your opinion
Idk about that dude
yeah, no
There are no good spots in Florida to surf. Don't come.
what an absolutely terrible list and video, showing Cali's coast line like it's Jacksonville. lmfao
