THESE UNITS ARE NOT EFFICIENT AT ALL. THEY CAUSE NEGATIVE AIR PRESSURE IN THE ROOM WHICH PULLS IN HOT AIR FROM OTHER WINDOWS AND DOORS. DUAL HOSE ACS DON'T CREATE NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE AIR PRESSURE. SO IT'S MUCH MORE EFFICIENT.
Not ac, it is like aircoolar don't go for it. Because recently I returned it due to poor performance .It take cool air inside the room to cool the condenser . so it will never trip off and compressor runs and runs and your bill go high . Please I request all not to go for it, Thank you.
If your room is properly sealed then you can use it. Every compressor takes cool air to be cool.so rule is common for all ac. As per my usage it start and stop if room cools.

What does the bottom pipe do? The one that you said needs to be opened one a week or 15 days?
It contains water storage above compressor.if it overflow then water goes to that bottom tray.
How is the performance now as its been 1 year, can you give the performance rating
Performance is good if at monthly interval you clean the filter.power consumption is more then 1 kw split AC.

On top floor if there is more heat then It will take time for cooling so electricity consumption is high.otherwise there's no problem.
My slider window is very large. How do I know if it will fit to connect outgoing pipe with panel? What is the maximum length supported?
Maximum 4 feet.sliding door can not be covered by it
