I’m a reservist who during drill service had a permanent hearing change where I can’t be deployable without hearing aids (H3).. I did my c&p at the Va and they hit me with the “your hearing is within Va standards blah blah blah”. Ok tell the military that and as I was told significant hearing loss.
Yeah they really don’t want to pay for your hearing loss, so gotta be like water and a dress the downstream affects that are easier to get rating for. Lots of vets get too stuck on the hearing loss and try to brute force a 10% rating
Great video!! Your teaching me so much..I knew nothing my first c&p and literally vomited having to relive certain things and just had to stop 😐 Wish I knew sooner what I'm just now learning
I am currently fighting a hearing loss and tinnitus CUE . I have until 1/1/25 to submit a nexus . VBA is proposing to sever compensation? Having an issue getting a NEXUS?
Hearing loss is a real issue. I am at 60% loss which also lead to aggravating my anxiety level to 50% which caused me to retire. Lost a 6 figure income. Thinking of filing TDIU. What do you think chances are of getting it?
If your not working you need to apply for it. You need to write a good personal statement of what has gone on. And that you can't work and are going to end up or are on the verge of being homeless
Nice video! I have a quick question regarding knee pain, my ROM meets the 0% criteria but I have knee pain, can you still be rated 10% for the knee pain? It’s patellafemoral pain syndrome
They told me I lost 35% hearing lost. And the VA said it’s not service connected. My MOS 0351 and fired or was the A Gunnner for at least 16 SMAW rounds launches.
The VA denied my claim for vertigo as a secondary to tinnitus and hearing loss. Nexus letter ignored. In another video you mention this is standardly denied. Wondering what I should do next.
Artillery. Tinnitus 10% wich is fine. Funny thing is 15% threshold shift in my left ear and got 0% hmmm glad I still get Bluetooth hearing aids with white voice to cancel out the Tinnitus
An MD out-clouts a NP technically speaking, but the VA will play favourites anyway so sometimes it doesn’t matter. I see them go with their NP over a reputable super-specialist pretty consistently. Then again, I see a ton of claims so take That with a grain of salt, probably not as common as I’m making it sound
I got 10% hearing loss with tinnitus and got hearing aides. My basis was helicopter jumps, aircraft jumps, and a lot of shooting. Airborne.
That's CRAAAAAAZY LOL. "Yes you heard that right, or MAYBE you didn't" LOOOOL
I just got a "0" rating for my hearing loss. Thanks VA.
0% is better than being denied
You will be thankful for that zero when you get old.
0% free hearing aides for life and hearing tests included.

That’s tough Sarah, you’re very brave for being able to get through that exam
I only got 10 percent for tinnitus and 0 percent for hearing loss 3 years ago

I am rated for hearing loss, and getting hearing aids really improved my quality of life.

It’s patellafemoral pain syndrome
If there’s instability, definitely. Otherwise inform them of your painful motion

What?
I just got a 60% rating after 2 c&p audio exams.
11series. Hearing loss for ‘VA purposes’ but denied service connection. Whatever.
Is a np hold the same clout as a md, when getting a nexus letter. It seems like that is all people have nowadays.
