But sir, when the ceiling is higher the volume is more, so more lighting power and AC tonnage is required isn't it? Especially, when we do ceiling lighting the impact is more, right? Ceiling fan wouldn't be much effective as well. How is this tackled?
Yes, the volume gets increased. Absolutely it needs more AC tonnage. Ceiling fan rods can be down for another 1 feet. If the height is more, the used air, which is relatively dense will move up and fresh air gets circulated through windows. The maintenance cost of a high-end car is more than a lower end one. Similarly, it works here. The overall living quality and experience matters.

Hi sir, I am referring to 9 inch surrounding wall, if we place the beam on top of 9 inch wall. Don't you think the good amount of dead load of beam+roof+load above roof would not get transferred mostly to 9 inch wall ?? Is it a good practice in fully framed structure? Thanks!!

If we increase ceiling height to 12 feet, 1. what is better height for main door 🚪
2. If we increase the main door height should the other internal doors also need to be as same height as main door ?

7 feet door height is ok. If you want to have it more like 8 feet, that would be wonderful. If you keep all door heights same, that would be neat. It is all about aesthetic sense.

Sir I have question regarding sill slab after seeing this construction. I understood the purpose of sill slab from your other videos. In case we have windows at different height from plinth beam. Should we have a separate sill slab constructed for each window or a entire sill slab at height of window whose bottom is closest to plinthe beam?

its upto you. sill level should be maintained at 2'6" or 3'0". Lintel level can be 7'0" and above. Higher the level, greater the look.

12ft house height is ok ...it help to give grand look and reduce heat and increase ventilation ...
But car parking area 10 feet is enough ...also 10ft give better elevation than 13.5ft ...
