Baby it's cold outside isn't bad.... In it's time, women were expected to stay pure and innocent, to have no desire for s*x. She's saying she *should* say no, the neighbors will talk, her family will be disappointed, etc. He's giving her excuses she can give them so as still to remain "pure" and "innocent" like it's snowing so it's not safe to travel home. The line "what's in this drink" was a common joke of the time, and doubles as an excuse to allow herself to let go a bit. It isn't implying it's dr*gged just implying it's a a stronger alcohol than anticipated, but the joke being there's no alcohol and it's just what she wants (but as a woman can't admit).
I say this as a violent SA survivor. It's important we understand the time the song was written in. It's okay to like it, it's catchy and not about SA, I promise. It's also okay to not like it, obviously, whether it still creeps you out or it's not your cup of tea.

@@Mallory1710 thanks 🖤 and sorry, my bad I figured that's what you meant because few years back there was a bit of an uproar saying baby it's cold outside song is bad because it's about SA, but it's not at all and it drives me nuts lol. Just a simple song about a couple who both want to spend the night together but the woman feels pressured by society to say no and stay "pure" is all.
