      TB685 has 3 lines. Two short and one long. One of the short has a tab and other does not. I think one of them has letter on it IN and the long one P.. but came here trying to figure out how it works.. trying to figure out why its sticking. It seems like its pumping backwards to me.. but im not sure whats going on. It worked fine one season.. then sat for a long time and now it wont get any gas. Pulled the carburator off and squirted wd40 thru it.. seems like the lines are not clogged but.. cant figure out why it doesn't work.

    Great video. I took my Husqvarna 345FX to a shop because it would start after priming and then die 15 seconds later. The dealer promptly put in a carb rebuild kit and 15 days later gave it back saying they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I watched this, moved some hoses and now it runs like a champ! Thanks

    I almost threw my saw out thinking its buggered. I put new fuel lines in and clearly no fuel in the clear lines,no matter how many times i primed.
    I've got the line from the tank in the wrong place.

    What is the proper fit, of hole size in tank, to the diameter of line, for no leaks. For example: do they need to be the same size, to get proper squeeze on the fuel line.

  • @harrysheldon7897

    • @RaleysSmallEngines
      @RaleysSmallEngines  Год назад +1

      It will only flow one way as long as the fuel pump diaphragm is working properly and not worn out. It's simply a one way valve

    I've been asking for a while and a 1/2. On leave my bubble split. Can you just take the rubber bubble apart from the from the little housing with the of where the line took up and put it back together? Because I did not have the whole piece with the bubble and a little plastic purge about whatever the nipples on it for the line. They don't have to hold peace and I got the bubbles and I need my saw running first thing in the morning. In any device how to show a video how to take it apart without breaking the plastic piece

  • @magsteel9891

    I screwed this up the other day, but I extra screwed it. The fuel lines were all broken when I got to it so I guessed. I thought the primer was supposed to pump gas into the carb, not purge it. I don't recall if I switched the inlet and outlet on the carb too. I figured it was wrong when gas started spilling out the front of the carb when priming it.
