- Investigators say the victim's wife admitted to shooting her husband because she feared for her safety. Investigators said the shooting was a result of an argument between the couple.
She needs to be put in prison just as a man would.
Actually a lot of male murderers are out on bond as well. Too often have I heard, if this person was in jail for this crime he wouldn’t have been out to do another crime.
My point is that it isn’t about gender, let’s stay focused on justice.

A woman in Australia falsely accused her husband of domestic violence, then with the police she went back to empty the house, come to fund out the elevator cctv captured her punching herself in the face. Husband faced 7 years in prison, no charges were filed against her after commiting perjury, false accusation and theft. They had both gone to the police station at the same time, he went to report she threatened him, she went to lie on him, no investigation they arrested him on the spot. This happens too often.
If it was flipped the man would have been charged with murder, rape, kidnapping, child abuse and infidelity.

When have you ever seen a news story without a picture of the suspect? If he died the charges should AUTOMATICALLY be upgraded.
It has to meet the criteria before you can get it to the Grand Jury and get an indictment the prosecutor will decide if it meets that criteria. He could include it along with lesser charges. Not my rules that's just how it works. Should the detectives come up with more information the Chargers can automatically be updated. They could charge her with murder and then offer her a plea deal for 20 years for manslaughter. That's how the judicial system works I've been in it in Texas❤

When the detectives get enough for the prosecutor the charges will be placed. The prosecutor wants a solid case that he has a very good chance of winning.

This type of news coverage is exactly why self defense victims do not get fair trials. Nobody knows what happened and why, yet the one who died is the victim. How do we know that she isn’t the victim? There are so many ways that an incident like this can be reported without calling either side a victim.

I guess I have never been that angry at anyone. She shot him. Four times. One would have been sufficient to stop him or at least startle him enough to slow him down but she delivered three additional kill shots. Naturally, she will claim self defense. Only two know what really happened and one is dead. The dead cannot speak.
