Really good. I think reason it became slower is Windows reads/writes on NTFS faster thats why its very slow. I don't think 8 cores impact speed that much there. (Also could the subtitles last a little longer)

However, when I install Windows 11, the vm always gets a bsod when booting, the stop error is thread_exception_not_handled, the driver causing bsod is intelppm.sys

This is some great content! Honestly never really thought it was going to be possible at all. But cool to see that it is, but with obvious issues.
In fact Windows 8 and later supports exFAt boot, just some features that strictly requires NTFS to work (UWP, OneDrive,....)

It isn't. It's based on 22621.2428 and running Metro UI based stuff in WinPE would make it much heavier
