You don’t need to! It can be helpful if you have a large bundle, but it’s not necessary!

Hi, thank you for this wonderful information. I have a question. If I’m using a QR code label, can I still leave the package on the counter/mail box or should I wait in line to scan the code? Can I also schedule pick ups with a QR code?
I believe you need to wait and go actually wait in line and wait for an employee to scan the code and print out the label

The shipping confuses me with respect to cost? Does the label show that postage has already been paid ?? What if package is over 5 lbs? HELP please...
Hi! Sorry I’m just seeing this. If the package is over 5 lbs, you have to upgrade the shipping label and the extra cost comes out of your earnings. The label does show that it’s been paid already.
What if you selling some shoes with the box ? How much does the buyer pay for shipping if it’s more than 5 lbs

Hi, this is informative. Thanks for sharing. I am a new seller here at Poshmark. I got a sale already the buyer sent me a message to check my spam because she bought one of my items, when I checked it there was an instruction to enter my credit card, and upon checking the email didn't look legit. Is it correct? I'm confused!

This is great!! The only negative comment I have is that there is ALOT of plastic packaging, which seems a pity since the clothing is being recycled. Is there any more ethical way to package these?
The plastic is to help protect the item. I’m sure you could find more eco friendly alternatives if that’s what you’re looking for.
Quick question. but how do you find the label on poshmark?
Go to “my sales” and it if you click into the sale you should be able to download the shipping label. Once an item sells, you also receive an email with the shipping label

One important question regarding shipping. The price for shipping Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes is much higher than $7.45 which is the postmark shipping price. Currently a medium flat rate priority box is currently $17.10 .... so how does this make sense, I want to make sure I am not stuck paying for more than it costs to ship. Can you please explain further? Thank you
Poshmark has a contract with USPS to sustain that discounted shipping fee. You will only be required to pay additional shipping if your package weighs more than 5 lbs.

I am new to Poshmark and received an email confirmation from Poshmark that an item sold but no shipping label was provided, only a "get money" option with my card information requested. I was also charged $199 x5! I am planning to dispute this matter. How do I receive email confirmation that an item sold with a shipping label?
Hi! You can find the shipping label under orders on the poshmark website or app and request another label be emailed to you. But if you made their sale there’s no reason you should have been charged?
How do you cash out on poshmark
Should a PayPal be made or link card etc
You can do either or! If you do direct deposit, it takes a little while but it’s free. there are other options for instant payout to a debit card, PayPal account, or even Venmo account but they have a little fee to them!
But then u have to pay for the roll printer paying through Rollo for the shipping label 🔖

You don’t have to pay anything additional for the shipping label through rollo! Unless you mean buying the actual like roll of shipping labels
this vid is so helpful! could you possible explain how the payment method works. i believe there's a few options that u can chose from as far as how you want to receive payments. how can you be sure that you've received the payment? do you need to accept a payment for it to go through? and do you have to fully receive a payment before you can ship? thanks!!
You don’t have to accept the payment. It will just automatically be deposited into whatever account you choose. You will see the deposit on your bank statement to confirm if you received the payment.
Can you hand write a label when shipping an item you sold on posh mark?
No. You have to use the labels sent by poshmark

I've been selling on other platforms like Mercari and OfferUp for years i just started selling on Poshmark last month in August, so im still fresh to it and its pretty cool so far but i would like to know something and maybe you can help assist me on it... so i recently made a sale on electronics with lithium battery they infomed me that i must put the DOT label... I've always used bubble or poly mailers for my orders, and USPS will scan my QR code for my label... so i would like to know will i need to use a box instead for electronic products? and if i don't put the DOT label will i get my item shipped back to me?
You can use whatever shipping material you want. I’ve never shopped anything with a lithium battery in it so you may just want to ask your post office about that one! Sorry I can’t be more help!

Great informative video . Quick question though have you ever had the issue where the option of instant transfer wasn’t showing up as one of the redemption options ? I’ve never had this happen to me before unless the app has recently removed that option entirely

When you upgrade the shipping label from 5lbs to 8lbs . Do you paid the cost or the difference because the buyer paid up to 5lbs

Yes your address is on the shipping label as a return address

Poshmark generates the label for you! You don’t have to worry about It
I have a question as a BUYER

I'm a new on Poshmark. I had ordered 2 tops from different sellers. One was dropped at my door by USPS. But for 2nd one, the USPS delivery person was asking me to pay some amount as postage charges (around 21$). Whereas I have already paid whole amount (price+tax+shipping charges) OL through credit card. Hence my husband refused to accept the parcel.
The amount which delivery person was asking as postage charges was handwritten on package by red marker.
I'm confused. It'll be great help if u or anyone can help.
PS : it was single lightweight top.
Honestly that’s something you’d have to ask your post office about. The only thing I could think is that the seller used the wrong packaging suppplies, or the package is over the 5 lbs.

I sold a pillow but I don't think any of those USPS boxes are big enough? 🤔 I heard we can use any of our own boxes but do they have dimension and size limits? IF the boxes are bigger than what USPS has as priority. Does that mean bigger boxes poshmark charges more and can't use their label?
I’ve used bigger boxes than USPS’s dimensions, so honestly I’m not sure, if it’s a pillow, can you possibly squish it into a smaller box?

Does the $7.97 Poshmark label work for all of those different sized USPS priority boxes that you showed?
Yes! It works for any priority box and any polymailer of regular box if it’s under 5 lbs

Yes! You can schedule a pick up online and there will be a part where you can say where the packages will be, either in your mailbox or on your porch or wherever you like!
I'm confused on how the package gets to the customer.. Like whatever shipping carrier i choose to use how do they get it? Does my mailman pick it up or take it to the post office??
You can only ship poshmark packages through USPS. You can either drop off your package at your local post office or schedule a pick up

@@msswagger1011 no each order needs its own packaging. You need to print out each order's shipping label to ship them out.

Yesterday was my first time using the app to sell. Im very happy to see i can use the app to get a QR Code. My question is, i got an email saying i can't see the picture. Please email? I did. The person said she is interested, n a payment was sent, and due to technical issues, i won't see it and check my email for a shipment label. Well, i did see the email n clicked on it. Now im not sure if this is a scam or a transaction out of the poshmark app. Is this a red flag email?
Who is the email from? The customer? Or poshmark? Never send payment outside of the app!

Would it be okay to ship an item with a box I have at home (not a USPS priority mail one)?
Yes you can shop with any box/polymailer. Don’t have to be USPS.
