I got the 6" strip air stone, 6 in one aquarium test strips- I took them to Petco and tested them against the API ones they use, they were spot on, absolutley worth it, aquascaping tools( 2-10" angled tweezers, ² 10" straight tweezers, one of those 12" scape smoothers with a large side and small side, long 12" curved scissors,)tiny tiny spider wood they gave me for free, an aquarium light (12 led, 8 white 4 blue), a planaria trap, desktop aquarium, absolutely gorgeous with pump and fountain, filter station that I modified with better filter media LED lighting and rgb below water lighting( it was not even a half gallon but was big enough for 6 fairy shrimp.) 😅. Of course i tried to buy things that I knew they couldn't really screw up lol i took a chance on the micro aquarium 😂😂 the tools are real quality though, left some sitting in water to see if they oxidized or rusted and nope, they are actually stainless steel 😂 I paid about 20$ for everything.

I have about 10 things in my cart that have been sitting there for over a week (I just like pretending I’m buying stuff) 😂 But I have actually bought a roll of air tubing ☑️ and 2 clip/suction on internal black plastic plant holders (they’re are fine, not huge but you wouldn’t want it huge inside back of tank anyways, good sturdy plastic with slots for water flow☑️ I have been eying off the long turkey baster as the several I have are only 2/3 the length of your bought one. I use them for pipetting up eggs after spawning, or as you mentioned any wastage, algae left over dead worms or empty snail shells. Il be adding the long turkey baster to my cart now Thankyou very muchly. Was also pondering over a solar pond squirted pump thingymagig. Now you had one with also a USB (uuum can’t see how that’s of use being an outside “solar’ pump but yes it could be used indoors I guess in errrm…something? But it did squirt n spray quite well. So I’m thinking one of those my find it’s way into my cart also. Now il go back n watch the rest from half way then pop back n waffle a lil more ….

Their descriptions are epic it has to be said but so far after around 10 orders I have only had 1 dud so far. It’s nice to see an aquarium haul though, I got some great long tweezers and a very silly scuba diver that floats brilliantly and it took my hubby over a week to notice it 😂

The little substrate cleaner was crap , but I've been enjoying finding the most random things that have nothing to do with aquariums , but can be exactly what I was looking for to make something work better etc. Nothing is really worse than to just throw away anything because it doesn't work or all the many logical reasons for not currently needing whatever it may be !!! I just had to get the point out that I have been rewarded for saving items , like your gravel cleaner than had it just been thrown away ,and my girlfriend is the complete opposite to the point where I have to respect the many reasons for not having everything but I am sure that the goal is to get the best of everything that you need and the other is taking care of whatever is yours. I've been seeing this app pop up on my news feeds for some time now and the first thing I thought was here we go another wish, but after seeing and heating about your experience I may just give it a go.
My third Temu order is on it's way right now. I've ordered aquarium stuff and other things and have been mostly very happy with the prices and quality. Unfortunately, my sister told me about a video with some disturbing information from 'The China Show' about this company and I can't in good conscience order from them again. The factories in China that manufacture these products use child labor and abusive tactics. The clip showed a young girl of about 7 years old being yelled at for not working fast enough, she was on an assembly line making plastic drink flasks. This stuff is so cheap, they can't afford to pay full adult wages, so they use children instead.
Aquarium pipett 7:38 is my absolute number one universal tool now. Was missing something quick and handy to suck with, everything från scrap from the bottom in my fry tank to artemia and infusoria from their narrow jars and bottle necks at feeding time. No hoses needed. Easy to give it a wash and move on. It's my table tool now :)
Thanks for the video. About the glasses not showing up, I wanted to let you know, if you don't already, that they have the best ever customer service! Better then any other company I ever had to deal with, no kidding! Both times I had to contact them, I was given my money back, as credit on my account, even before we were done chatting! I was also told to 'keep it, toss it or donate it' said items, and that I didn't have to send them back! Can't get better then that, right?!? Anyhow, thank you again, for the product review, very helpful. Love the little Discus fish guy. I saw the Angel sidle up to it, as if to say, "Ya want some of me? Yeah, I didn't think so!" LOL!
When you said torch I immediately thought, no sir, a lighter is not an aquarium device...then you pulled out a flashlight 😂 Also, that tiny fake discus is the closest I plan on getting to discus, so I'm totally giving my betta a new, fake friend! Lol
