It works with a variety of foods, corn, potatoes, fish etc.... this is excellent, another simple favorite is to make pouches for like 1/2" diced potatoes, throw butter, beer, and garlic in there, rosemary if you got it, and toss that next to a fire for awhile. It's a pretty easy and effective method.

If you take and bleed your trout out as soon as you get them on the stringer makes them taste so much better. And you can actually put your fingers in the trouts gills if you plan on keeping them and that'll give you a much better grip on them
So funny because where I live I catch massive 20+ inch trout but rarely get a bass over 2, and then this area and these guys struggle to catch small trout but get giant bass
I’m just getting to watch this video but one thing I notice the most people probably won’t is 1rod’s net extends about a foot to a foot and a half I know because I literally have the same net so them first couple fish they lost could’ve maybe been caught😂 that’s my little take but I enjoy 1rod and LGF they are a good combo
