Just watched a few videos of park hwayobi and Hyolyn definitely has more of that natural R&B voice and technique with her runs and riffs but I understand that the general public in Korea may recognize Park Hwayobi as their go to R&B person for sentimental reasons hard to tell for us international fans but having grown up listening to R&B music here in America Hyolyn’s R&B songs and covers are more in line with that traditional R&B sound

Nope... Park Hwayobi holds the crown as the "Queen of R&B". Hyorin is great but Hwayobi is a legend.
