    I absolutely think that these cased-based like examples are useful! You can even build upon it adding more ways of diagnoses, pertinent history and treatments. This is helpful at all medical education levels, especially a MS4 rotating and applying to Dermatology. Thank you so so much Dr. Chen.

    What would be the difference between lichen simplex chronicus and chronic eczema? Are they mutually exclusive?

      LSC is a result of chronic friction (which includes scratching), so chronic eczema usually looks like LSC because of the itch/scratch that happens. However, you can get LSC without eczema before it (for example, I see it a lot with people who wear tight shoes which leads to LSC).
