Yesenia!!! You went to my hometown! I am from Charlotte and it's such a beautiful city. Most of my family lives there. I recognized that Goodwill you went to! That had to be the Goodwill in Ballantyne. In Charlotte, there are a ton of sidewalks and greenways. Charlotte is so cool because you will see older historical homes towards the uptown area, myers park, the plaza, dilworth and then you will see lots of newer homes towards the outside areas of the city like Ballantyne, waxhaw, etc. You make me miss living there! Oh next time you're there, try the home goods in Blakeney! ❤️

Wonderful road trip. I’m going to get to go to Palm Springs Feb.10 with my sister who’s visiting from Washington. I haven’t seen her since we moved in May except on Zoom. California is very shut down but our friends house has a pool and a hot tub all heated and we can just hang out and relax and visit. Read books watch shows. I like how you researched restaurants. That will help you be successful. So doable. Loved all those houses❤️

Glad you enjoyed ur road trip to Charlotte. A road trip invites the kids to learn more about Geography and travel. We also would have our kids to look at cars license plates and see which states they were from and if we had ever visited there. I love road trips and am always pulling out the map to pick a new place to visit

I love thrift shops. My daughter is 16 and while she loves to go to the malls, she doesn’t pass up a trip to Goodwill or Plato’s Closet (consignment shop in Virginia)

Yes definitely do that I find my daughter clothes there all the time in my voice to. A lot of stuff from my daughters room is from the goodwill I just spray paint it

@@SimplyYesenia he always does the driving The only time i ever helped was 2018 when we drove from houston to florida. That was the longest 12 hour drive ever so i helped drive for 2 out of the 12 😂😂
