    This is just a short tutorial on how to dispute and reverse a debit order on the FNB App
    Make sure to have the latest FNB App update from the Play Store or the App Store.

    Hi can you do a debit order video which stops a debit order the Fnb app

      Thank you for the comment & suggestion .
      We will definitely work on it.
      In the meantime if you need to stop a debit order follow the steps on the video until 0:33 , then select stop and then follow the prompts that follow.

    HI PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE TRANSFER MONEY TO FLEXI ACCOUNT BY MISTAKE YO HOW DO I REVERSE IT

      Thank you for your comment. Apologies for responding so late.
      If you’re referring to a Flexi fixed deposit account you will have to place a 24 hrs notice to access a portion of the total amount in the account.

    is there an alternative way to go about it because the transaction isn't even showing up when i try to log a dispute ?
    i wasn't even notified of the transaction to begin with

      If the transaction hasn’t appeared by now ,the best thing for you to do is to contact the FNB contact centre for further assistance :
