The first time I entered the business district on Hurston, and saw the gold & the marble & huge statues I thought: these people are not ones to mess with, and they are powerful

is it?? I felt the place like a cult...cause the exact golden statues and yellow lights everywhere...compare to orison and microtech

this makes me apreciate star citizen lore, i was assuming they were gonna portray the Hurstons as incompentent people who got into power by luck rather than any kind of skill, youknow, because they are the stereotypical dystopian megacorp owners so they have to be portrayed as bad in everything, not just morals but also ability, its great to see they actually made it velibable.

The most scary thing about this video is realizing the Hurstons are far more competent then the Messer's ever were.
Top notch work as always! I look forward to a verse that bears witness to the Hurston legacy being burned to the ground! Not sure if we can fit an armoured vehicle into that Hurston building to pull the statue down though....

Has anyone managed to get the "workers party" missions recently? It is a story arc set of missions that has you helping the heroes who dare to stand up to these monsters.
Sadly I havent been able to get these missions to work since 3.14. They were some of my favourite missions.
Tragically, they’ve been gone for a while. I hope they return soon.

if i recall, there are two stories to Ita's death ,a public one (who's a lie) and the real one, who's far more tragic .
I have heard that as well but haven't found the other stories.
The day will come that the hurston workers will be freed and on that day I will join you in the skies of planet hurston and fight.

Great overview of Hurston Dynamics history. However I think there is a slight error in your video. At timestamp 5:33 you say Salomon Hurston bought a company and renamed in Hurston Dynamics in 2948.... I believe that should be 2448.
Yeah it was a mispeak on my part that I didn't catch during the review of the episode
Our faction choices so far: Bad Corp, Worse Corp, Better Corp, Space Apple, and for the opposition we have Racists and Organ Traffickers. I gotta say, as someone who won't work for a Corporation in real life, let alone for fun, this is not a terribly motivating set of choices. How about the "People Who Hate Corporations But Aren't Racists or Violent Psychopaths" faction? Can we have one of those soon? Or even two of them?!

@@SaintNyx Corporate bounty hunters and errand runners, again... not super compelling. And Levski isn't in yet. I know they have them in lore, I'm just disappointed the anti-corporate factions they started with are of the mustache twirling variety.
Anybody else never read any of the missions and just smash accept and pay u have the right gear?
