If you all haven't tried PORQ pork rinds, they are a game changer for keto snacking, in the same way the Twins chaffle recipe is a game changer, that good. When you eat something keto and say, I think I'd rather eat this than the high carb thing it's replacing, you know you have a winner.
Well no wonder my baked eggs don’t cook right. 😂😂😂 I forgot the water bath 😂😂😂 Steve (Serious Keto) just did a video for Turkish Eggs (çilbir…I think it sounds like ‘chill-beer’ maybe 🤷🏼♀️). I want eggs and will be making some this weekend. Thank you Emily and Sarah.
Eggs - an easy way to hav more eggs in ur meals through the week, is to add eggs to saucy dishes, stews and casseroles. for folks who don't like eggs (looking @ you, Keto Twins) , this hides the eggs or at least minimizes their prominence in the dish. You can also hide an egg layer in lasagnes or casseroles Examples - mix egg yolks & whites together add to tomato pasta sauce or creamy sauce while its cooking - use egg drop soup technique to any soup/stew (add an egg to the dish when dish almost fully cooked) - make a scrambled egg with additional milk, roll up, slice into noodles, add to a casserole. It helps to cook the egg with the same spices used in the casserole and a bit of the sauce - hard boil some eggs, then add to a dish as you would use meat (as àddl ingredient to meat or meat replacer) - can hide egg taste by cooking scrambled eggs/savory crepes/egg-based noodles in bacon grease
The Chocolate Pudding can also be made with just egg whites. Buy the egg whites in the carton and measure between 10-12 eggs worth. Microwaving will give you the best consistancy and no other flavors will come through. Also adding an extract to the chocolate like raspberry is quite yummy!!!
I love Maria's Egg Pudding, but I use Egg Whites ( Cooked & Cooled) to make a PSMF version. I make it in batches that way I always have it when I need it. I have it almost daily.
Thanks for sharing all these great ideas for eggs. Another egg recipe I’ve seen recently is for Cilbir (Turkish Eggs). I’d love to see your take on that one. I’ve seen videos on Refika’s Kitchen as well as America’s Test Kitchen, here on RUclips. Thank you both for all that you do!
Hello Ladies~ I have not eaten an egg in many months due to overeating them when I started a keto lifestyle. IYK,YK😂 However, I found myself actually wanting one the other day. So, I hardcooked a dozen in the oven for Egg Salad & for slicing over guac & sliced tomato in a Keto King's roll/bun & just to snack on. 🙏🏻Many thanks for this video. The options are awesome & truly appreciated.❤ BTW, I think you'd be surprised at how easy Keto King's bun/roll recipe is & you may have all ingredients on hand. NOTE... you may proof dough in warmed oven (heated at 250° for 3 minutes & turn off before it reaches temp) with a pan of HOT water below dough. No need to change water out. (My vegetarian son prefers these rolls to store bought.) They freeze WELL, too! Just a thought!🤷♀️ 🙋♀️
Hi Ladies, LOVED this one!! Could you ladies try to find a quiche pie crust that actually works?? To me, the crust is the best part of a quiche! Thanks!!
I have a hard time eating eggs-probably because I was forced to eat some and threw up 🤮 when I was young child. Yet I know they are good source of protein. I like having them if they don’t taste like eggs-lots of seasonings. Maybe these will work for me. I’ll try.😊❤
I have a question about frying in oil. I’m 57 and have never fried anything in oil 🤷🏻♀️ can you use a small saucepan to minimize the amount of oil, and do you throw it away after one use or can you strain it and use it again? Before Keto, oil was something to avoid at all costs but now it seems like so many things can benefit from frying in oil. Any tips? Also I ordered the little ramekins when your video came out and I love them to pieces, they’re SO cute!!
Fantastic compilation, girls!🎉 Be proud of all you have done.❤I tell my students, “Mistakes are how we learn!” Thanks for sharing your successes and “oops” moments. You are the most fun kind of teachers!!
@@ketotwins thank you for replying 😊. I've never heard of keto bread 😳. I must go and google that. I'm in Australia, so things might be called different names
@@treasuresnownthen Wow, lucky! They must be super fresh! I buy the pastured eggs at Aldi for $5 a dozen when they have them, which I consider a bargain, since they are $10 at other stores

Wow!! Fried egg yolks
Who knew? And boiled eggs in chocolate pudding wow!! Amazing
If you use scrambled eggs for the egg pudding, there is less of a smell and easier
Chris new Mac and cheese
Yes! That looked really interesting!!
You can scramble the eggs instead in a nonstick pan I've been doing it works well

Hi! I like to make my eggs with spinach dip (sam's club spinach dip is the best). I'll mix the eggs and dip in a bowl then cook it like an omlet.
Thanks! Eggs are cheap again so I've been looking for some new recipes to try! 🙏🏻
Thanks Sharon! We hope you like the recipes!

I like his hack for poaching eggs too...
@@kathy32850 yes! Me, too. I might try it as I’m forever overcooking mine.

Eggs are my fav !! Each at least 3 a day. Great diced & mixed into tuna and put on 0 carb tortilla !!
I love them with canned chicken, mayo, & Dill pickle... LOL
I like custard and, especially, flan. I'd love to have a keto recipe for these. I don't know if there's a way to ketofy the caramel for the flan.
Yes there is. Google it . There are quite a few recipes for things of that sort.
Always outdoing yourselves girls. Thank you so much for these awesome ideas. 🌟💯💥
Certainly! I appreciate it! With eggs being affordable again, I've been exploring new recipes to experiment with.

Have you tried Maria's hard boiled egg Mayo? Just saw a video for that today.
We have not! We will have to check it out!
Just watched and may try it using scrambled eggs so I can make a small batch and use my immersion blender.

2 Krazy Ketos did Maria Emerich’s pudding with scrambled eggs and Keto Chow. Delicious and a great way to eggs and not even know it’s eggs
I think you would like Steak & Butter Gal's silky egg pudding recipe. It's a savory dish and it's easy.
That French omelette looks awesome! And I have eggs I need to use up. Perfect timing.

I ❤️ Eggs... unfortunately they're not cheap anymore 😕
Yes, it's irritating, especially since the fake egg shortage/bird flu hype last year was exposed. Corporate greed.
$1.30 a dozen today in Chicago at Aldi. Prices are back to normal here for quite a while! Where do you live?
My eggs fresh from the farm have been $2-3 doz consistently the last 4yrs

I can still get locally raised, pastured eggs for $2 a dozen in rural PA. My pullets finally started laying though, so I am good on eggs now.
