Personally, im nearly 200 pounds and its not a good thing. Yeah being chubby, fat or plus sized can look cute on some people but health should matter more. People should always choose health over looks, even if they are skinny.
And i fuckin HATE when people say "i cant loose weight so i should indulge myself in it!" Because if your struggling to loose weight, go to a doctor. Make sure theirs nothing wrong with your kidneys, or blood flow. Theres so much that being "big" (as they call it nowadays) can do to absoloutly destroy your health.

I probably cant relate to the same level as some, but i have some understanding. I am very underweight, and struggle to gain any, but i am trying. It’s okay to be fat or thin or anywhere in between and it’s amazing when you feel comfortable in your own skin! But people shouldn’t come for others whatever their weight or type or whatever is. These people you mentioned especially, as they probably know how mistreated they and others get (based on TikTok’s brutal comment section).
From what I understand from your comment, I believe you have fast metabolism which is basically another way of saying you will never be fat and your weight will balance around a certain weight like how I’m always around 50kg

As a skinny and nerdy-ish kid, I can laugh all day and night at the demands on the "Fat Acceptance" movement that obese/overweight women and men are making up, for instance: The width in-between the tables on restaurants for people to walk in-between them, putting that into perspective, it would result in some tables removed to make more space, thus decreasing the amount of people that the restaurant can have AND the financial income (in which is what the restaurants care the most and also depends on how popular it is), confirming that there is absolutely no way that it will happen. LOL.

As a walking stick, I find this problematic because like, bruh I ain’t getting kicked off a plane for a person who purchased one ticket, but needs two seats, and 9 times out of 10 it is mostly their fault for being fat in the first place (bad eating habits, lack of exercise etc.) because I find it hard to believe all those people have a medical condition that makes it like that. So Mabye, have that rule for large people who DO have a medical condition, and those who don’t, well they either pay for an extra ticket or they ain’t riding that plane.

I saw a video of a guy saying how to calculate your maintenance calorie intake (how many calories you should eat per day to never gain or lose weight)
He said that if u didn’t wanna go to the gym everyday and exercise, etc. just lower ur calories intake by 200-400 calories until your weight drops
Once your weight drops to where that new lesser calorie intake is your maintenance, reduce calorie intake again
Repeat until you are healthy
(I mean you can’t sit around all day you have to get at least 1 hour of exercise but if u can’t walk then lower calories even more and try to move other parts of your body such as arms and back)
