Add Title (Thumbnail) to a Youtube

1) Upload Video
2) Use any software to design a title (ie. Keynote/Powerpoint/G.slides/etc)
3) Take a screenshot of your title
4) "Upload Thumbnail" appears below the box where you will Title and Describe your video in RUclips.
