- We demonstrate 4 neck locks. Be very careful with training them.
Please note! Be careful with training these techniques, do not underestimate the danger. The Y.J.J.F cannot be held responsible for injuries during training without proper supervision.
The Yawara system was developed by Wim Pieck and consists of 2 systems, namely Yawara Ju-Jutsu and the Yawara Combat System.

Yes Sir!
This may be dangerous :)
Yes, you must be careful🙏
Interesting techniques, but I'm frankly not too happy with the presentation. It lacked above all context. To give you an example: in most media, you see the same three _neck snaps_ all the time. AFAIK, the average person could NEVER hope to break a neck with ANY of these! However, they can serve as a takedown/throw and if resisted can injure the opponent (which really hurts, but shouldn't be deadly). One of them could also be used as pain compliance so that you can move someone by their head wherever you want.
Now, then what's the intent of your techniques?
PS: it might surprise most, but MMA hasn't banned any neck snaps! It has banned many other things though, but it didn't see the point of banning neck cranks as they call them. All that said, I've seen a few techniques where I'm almost certain that they could actually break a neck. Most of them don't rely on the strength of your arms, but more on your entire body mass.
Thank you for your comment. I received a request from my students to make a video about neck locks. These are basic techniques of our system.
I do not post advanced neck lock techniques on RUclips. That you can't break a neck with these techniques is your opinion and I respect that🙏
@@yawarajj I haven't said that it's impossible, but the average arm strength vs the average neck strength is similar to the average human bite force vs the average human finger's durability. Not impossible, but highly unlikely.
Again, I referred not to your techniques in specific but the more commonly known techniques. My point was that there's a huge misconception about their purpose.
Excellent technique and thank you for sharing this
Thank you very much! I appreciate your response 🙏
Hello master good work practical style, are there any trainings anywhere??? Regards.
