Man - that is a tough call. If programming is important to you, I would do the Proform because you can subscribe to ifit if you want. If programming isn't important, I think I'd go with the Horizon 7.4 - however the horizon treadmill is a little bigger and bulkier, but as long as you have the space its a good treadmill! - Linds
Your review said this wasn't the best option if you're looking for shock absorption which I am. Can you recommend some treadmills that have good shock absorption at a friendly price?
The nordic track 1250 is great for its cost. If you don't want one with a subscription or programming then the sole f63 is pretty good too! At around $1,000 you won't find the most cushioned deck, however the 1250 and f63 are really good options! - Linds
We have an article about using proform and nordic track without buying a membership, hope this helps! www.garagegymreviews.com/can-you-use-a-proform-treadmill-without-ifit - Linds

Is iFit a requirement to make this treadmill work?
No, you won't have access to programming, but you can totally use this treadmill without if it. - Linds

Is this an usd price?
Yes - Linds
Can it be assembled with 1 person?
YES! Obviously easier with two people, but this is a treadmill that I think one person could put together theirselves. - Linds
