I went to Yankee Stadium the next night and asked Yankees security and other stadium employees what happened to the cat and not a single person knew. That really disappointed me. I already have 3 cats, but was open to at least consider adopting it if it could get along with the other cats in my household. I hope the cat is ok.

@Alex White - I've had two feral cats as pets for many years, and in some ways, they were more enjoyable than domestic cats. Feral is finite, ie, being too much or too little feral is like being too much or too little pregnant - can't be!

A Squirrel ran all over the field. Then ran straight down the middle. Fans erupted chanting 15, 10, 5
then it stopped on the 2 yard line. Paused for a moment then crossed the goal line! The Stadium erupted! The scoreboard
Changed & gave us 6 points! 🤣 Now that was funny. It changed back of course but that was the highlight of the game. We lost badly. 🤷♂️🤦♂️

They weren't lying when they said that was a beautiful cat. Look at that thumbnail! Had to be a stray. Imagine your cat got out and you turn on the yankee game and see it being chased around the field.
Sad to see him stressed out towards the end but it was still amazing to watch him evade all those scary hoomans and get treated like a rock star by all the fans. And being the owner of a cat I can definitely vouch for their incredible agility & speed. Mine will sometimes run across the house for no apparent reason at full speed (they get up to 30 mph) and either tackle a toy or jump up in the air & climb furniture like he’s a four legged ninja 🥷

And yes, my cat Pablo does this in the early morning. We call it his MAS (Morning Acquired Schizophrenia). But he is very polite & always waits for us to wake up before he gets the crazies-- we both wake up early for work, and he never interrupts our sleep.
He's also VERY agile and athletic.

I think the stadium might be its home. A lot of sports venues have resident cats as an anti-rodent measure. My gues is this one was sleeping in a storeroom and a vendor accidentally disturbed it going to get something.

The orioles announcers definitely had the most common sense. Those fans chanting and banging the wall, plus the ground crews surrounding the poor thing ain't gonna help a damn bit. People should all learn from the o's announcers. They surly are true loving and caring people.

In GOT when Syrio was training Arya Stark in sword play, one of the lessons was to catch a cat. Not the easiest thing in the world to do. I have 2 and you have to trick them. Someone should definitely do a follow-up as to this cat's well-being and if it found a forever home. Although, it does look every well cared for, so maybe it got lost.
