      The snake river farms wagyu patties are listed for $14 for two. So about twice as much... but, you could easily stop at 1 SRF and the cost would be about the same.

    Great video. I have never use my sear plate on top of my grates on my 20.5 inch Goldens'. Is there a benefit to doing it that way? Is it better with the smaller cooker?

      I think it prevents the sear plate from getting too hot. I lower it when I need it ripping hot, but I fee like I have more control like this.

    This is awesome, Johnny! We don't have Whataburger where I live, but when I go to Albuquerque, I always get their Green Chile Burger and have thought about doing exactly this!😁 Do they have a Green Chile Burger in your area?🤔
