Journey is amazing one of my favorite bands!! More Steve Perry! Mother Father live performance is amazing
Steve is a top tier singer no doubt in the Top 5 of greatest singers ever!!! He and only a handful of singers can walk around the stage and sing magnificently. I read that is so difficult. Glad he made a return after a long hiatus. His voice is desperately needed on the airwaves.
The best singer ever. The voice. I love Steve Perry.❤️💯🎤🎶
Steve Perry has that rare voice that can make a grown man cry.......
For his long lost first love.
Arena Rock at its finest
Steve is singing from the Heavens down on us.
GOD anointed that man.
Steve "the Voice " Perry is the best male Voice in human History
The song "Mother Father" from same concert is a must. Steve Perry said it was the hardest song for him to sing live. He kills it!!
Neil was the guitar player for Carlos Santana when he was 14. Hear 👂that? 14 years old. The dude is UNBELIEVABLE.
Definitely check out "Mother Father" from this same concert.
Steve Perry is the Best!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Mother Father same concert
Neil Schon is like making love with his guitar. Wow!
There were two other guitarists who made love to their guitar while playing, Jimmy Page and Lindsey Buckingham.
This dude can really sing.
You should hear the album version though.
Every single Jouney song is a masterpiece. They are the definition of unmatched talent...lyrics, vocals, instrumentals, and arrangements. I was lucky enough to go to all of their concerts in the 70s and 80s in DFW.
On other videos Steve plays a synth, also in a former band as a guitar player and in high school plays drums. But his voice is unique with 4 octive range, just like Freddy Mercury.
I saw him live on this tour and a few others..been to over 75-100 concerts but they were one of the best...you now know y Steve Perry was known as the voice...he sounded exactly the same live..being honest he was even
better live
I saw them in Austin on this tour. And I agree.
Steve Perry is a one of the best lead singer’s of all time. He can hit octave’s that don’t make sense, like higher than or as high as Miarah Carey! Check it Out, Steve Perry’s highest note?
Steve Perry the best Malé voice ever no doubt about MR STEVE PERRY this group never be the same with out him
great reaction!! thank you! please check out Stevie Ray Vaughn, live version of Little Sister!
My favorite Journey song is Stone in Love
Neal Schon guitarist self taught played with Santana at 17 and toured, started Journey 1975. Steve vocals, started 1977
Steve Perry and Barry Gibb is the best singers I’ve ever seen period and I’ve seen many.
Steve Perry is a vocal beast please please check out Mother Father live in Houston and Walks Like a Lady live in Osaka
Send her my love is another great song. The concert here is awesome. Songs on this album -look up Houston 1981 v
Neal Schon. Super Guitar.
I swear this is one of my favorite Journey songs. They are one of my favorite bands from the 80s next to Metallica. Next week so “I’ll be all right without you”.
Neil Schon is an underrated guitarist, probably because he was overshadowed by Steve Perry. He’s the engine of the band.
Neal is a LEGENDARY player. Amongst guitar players, he's Royalty. Anyone old enough and into rock music knows about Neal and Carlos Santana. Dude was 14.
Steve Perry can play keyboards.bass, guitar and dtums!
All rock n roll back then was GREAT..Journey was GREAT & MEGA popular & MEGA loved due to ALL women & most men lovin this group..I'm a 50yr old woman & Journey sis till so very dear to my heart
Mark
Magg & Rash TV here's another group that U guys have to react is Genesis - Abacab (Live Invisible Touch Tour 1987) from Wembly Stadium. Go Live n C the Jamboree that Genesis is going to throw down. Trust Me, U guys will not be disappointed.
One thing I LOVE about about Steve Perry. Is when he does the 'search look!!' And how he makes you feel like you're the ONLY person that he and Journey are playing for!!
Love Classic Journey!!
I saw them on this tour in Austin. I got my ticket late, so the only thing left was close to the stage, but on the wing, where, they told me, the view would be less than optimal because you couldn't see center stage very well. But then Steve spent a LOT of time over singing directly to us on the side. It was great!
@@sallyatticum ...... Yes ma'am!!!
My best friend and I saw Journey for their Frontiers tour in 1983. All 3 shows were sold out. Her parents somehow, were able to get us tickets.
The tickets were on the floor for our first show. However, I found much better seats!! On the lower level right next to the stage!! We saw EVERYTHING!!!! We watched them come and go from the stage.
And like you, whenever Steve came over to our side of the stage (which had NOBODY in front of us). Those moments were PRICELESS!!!!! And for the last show, that's where we decided to sit again. Even though, the people who bought tickets sat there, had to sit over on the next section....oops....lol...
The so-called artists of today can't hold a candle to Steve Perry. This is him singing live with no auto-tune or electronic crap used now. The younger generation of today have missed out on the true talent of the 70's and early 80's. It was a better time for music.
Journey is still touring to this day, and will always be playing the songs that Steve Perry sang and wrote. Oh, pass that joint.
Great memories!
Not a traditional format with the guitar solo at the end vs the middle of the song. Love it. Saw them live in 1987. They sound great live. And Steve Perry is the voice.
The guitar at the end represents the couple arguing back and forth. I learned that recently!
❤️🤗🌺🥰
I had the pleasure to go to see Journey for this tour, it was amazing! I had just had my daughter and was the 3rd time I'd seen them in concert. Steve Perry was every woman's dream back then and still is! Very, very few do it better. 1st time watching Great Reaction
