I was actually wondering why kanji was necessary and essential to learn japanese. I couldnt wrap my head around why there would be a need to write something in 15 strokes when you could write it in 5. Or so. Then i thought that it was just for conpression and making things short. But this video actually helped explain as to why it is important and its function. And now im even inspired to learn kanji nore. The way the words are written out to convey different meanings. Its interesting. It looked complicated (and probably still is) but you broke ut down and explained it in a way that makes it fascinating. Or this is video is the only one that has actually explained the importance of kanji. All the other ones were just, unhelpful. Thank you.
you simply can't go very far without learning kanzi...duolingo and memrise introduce you to kanzi starting almost immediately and learning kanzi is a focus. Mango is the only platform i have found where you can learn practical japanese without being forced to learn kanzi. (And i got access to Mango free with my library card.)
I learned hiragana and katakana and I am struggling to remember the kanji readings, I know the meaning and how to write it but I always forget the readings especially when it has many readings.. 🥲
Don’t worry about it! Just accept that it will take years to learn kanji for everyone. And review kanji that you learnt as often as you can! Good luck!!✨
But sensei I see many anime episodes most of the voice won't be fully speaken in Japanese there will be mix of English too like instead of Adigato gozimasta they say "thank you" why is it like that sensei
Me with 13 Years thinking I am good with having learned hiragana this video made me comprehend that I have to learn kanji🥲🥲🥲😅😅😅but atleast I got another 10 years to do that
I'm actually learning kanji !! This summer I will study hard so I can learn the basics ones 💪🏻💓
ありがとう、先生! I would highly recommend WaniKani for non-native kanji learning, especially for the multiple readings :)
I speak Japanese already, and i enjoy seeing a beautiful girl explaining the importance of kanji

I think writing Kanji is fun 😄😄
I love to write Kanji 💖💖💖
My biggest fear about visiting Japan is getting the intonation of a word wrong and end up asking for a bridge with my ramen 🍜
