Uncle Shawn you don’t miss a thing! Thanks for watching my videos. I did go back to a Ford turbo diesel just last week. As much as I wanted to love my gas truck, towing trailers 100+ miles a day or just wasn’t cutting it and the diesel is just so much more capable and less exhausting to drive. I have a break-in period of 10 hours on the new Suzuki so taking it easy on it for now. Hoping for slightly better economy as she gets broken in! Stay tuned for next week when we take her to some beautiful waters in the keys

Questions, questions and a comment. Remember on any engine it requires a break in. And that might be why you’re not seeing the mileage that you think you’re getting until that engine gets a little bit more broken in next one question did you get a new truck I noticed it was a blue vehicle when you went to Santa Maria Island and I did not see the white one, so I’m wondering if you bought something new. The drone view was awesome and the dictation of why it was and is was awesome. Keep it up. Keep us informed all about Florida. Good job.

Chris, I'm looking at trailerable ~25' boats that are described in reviews as cruising in high 20's/low 30's but they are all carrying a 250 or 300 back aft. I don't get it. Their ranges aren't great and weight is always the enemy of a boat, assuming it's built strong enough for the mission. So your shift down to a 4-cylinder 200 and dropping 100+# of displacement seems like a double win to me. Was the Suzuki choice a cost decision? You seemed very taken with that new quiet Mercury in the last video.

Jack, my favorite motor on the market right now are the new Mercury’s. That being said it was almost $5k more than the Suzuki and almost a year wait time to order. I was able to get the Suzuki in stock in less than a month. I am really enjoying the better fuel economy and do not need to be racing anyone. The 200 has been a great move and the boat is much more balanced with weight.

Hey bud thanks for the video. I’m here out of Miami. I am looking to repower very soon and was looking into the 200 suzuki for my 21 walk around sea pro. Lots of people told me I’ll be good with that engine. What’s the top speed you reached? Also what was a good cruising speed for your boat?

Hey man, great motor choice! My boat is heavy for the size but top speed around 42 with full load of fuel at 6k RPM. I’m running a 19P prop. Best cruise is 4800 RPM at 30 MPH

42 is pretty good though. Thank you. So k guess I’ll go with the 200

@@paolorossi7578 with the 250 I could hit 48 for comparison
