How Fig Tape Got His Song Featured on a Netflix Show | BIMM University Berlin

Elias Melkersen (AKA Fig Tape) graduated from BIMM University's Music Production course in 2022.
Now based in Norway, he secured a sync deal to have his song 'Favors' featured in a Netflix TV show. This show was Swedish teen-drama Young Royals, which reached the top 10 in dozens of countries and was also ranked in the top spots of Netflix's global non-English TV rankings.
Elias created 'Favors' as part of his final bachelor's project, and here he tells the story of how it was created.
