In India, there still exists a nature of 'active funds' that many are a victim of; 'active funds' refer to funds with high commissions and brokerage whilst 'passive funds' are funds that do not require much human interference, mostly automated by an algorithm Now if we say the annual commissions are 2.5% for the former and 1% for the latter, even though their size and impact don't seem significant, a 20-year-old who invests 1Lakh (Rupees) will get 1.1Cr with a commission of 2.5% and 1.6Cr with a commission of 1.5% (at the age of 60) (assuming Compounded Annual Growth Rate as 15%) Choose Wisely!

The smile you have on your face is soo cheerful that anybody can smile seeing you smile. I hope we meet and work someday so that you can help get out of my comfort/fear zone of making videos too. Even I love making people laugh, I can't crack high IQ jokes but I can maybe by my expressions and stupidity. Hope to see you in person and working with you in future will always be a dream.
Stay smiling and happy and make everyone else happy as you usually do. And thank you for this amazing knowledge that you are giving.
Lots of love.

Thank you Tanmay! My father makes me sign blank papers and never tells me what it is about. Well, that's because I have narcissist parents who never did anything except for abusing and harassing me. I'm 27 and am yet to complete my education. But I will start investing as soon as I can when I get my first job. Thank you so much Tanmay! You're like an elder brother to me now! ❤
This sounds like an old bollywood movie situation. Sad for you.
My dad does the same. One day I asked for the explanation. He told me he is investing money on my name which I will benifit when I'll be around 45 years old (I'm 25). The amount difference is tremendous. So maybe your dad isn't getting your signature for no reason, just talk to him about the details. You'll get to that financial security is a huge thing!

The reason why I love TANMAY BHAT is, he admits what he doesn't know and brings in an experts to explain that particular topic ❤️✨
And another thing, the investments should be like a side mission that brings easier xp points over time, but focusing on the main mission (making more money by providing more and more value in the market place) should be the main focus. The more you can earn from your main mission, the more you can invest in your side mission

You didn’t cover the inflation rate part. The 10% + every year is the more sensible option.

@Honestly by Tanmay Bhat dude stop pretending to be Tanmay Bhatt to get subscribers and advertise. What is wrong with you 👀
Making financial result assumptions for considerable time amount of 35years without accounting Inflation is senseless. Not against compounding, but reality has to be considered.
In India, there still exists a nature of 'active funds' that many are a victim of;
'active funds' refer to funds with high commissions and brokerage whilst 'passive funds' are funds that do not require much human interference, mostly automated by an algorithm
Now if we say the annual commissions are 2.5% for the former and 1% for the latter, even though their size and impact don't seem significant, a 20-year-old who invests 1Lakh (Rupees) will get 1.1Cr with a commission of 2.5% and 1.6Cr with a commission of 1.5% (at the age of 60) (assuming Compounded Annual Growth Rate as 15%)
Choose Wisely!
