Notice how Jesus never said we had to be perfect and completely sinless in order for these promises to be fulfilled - he merely is asking us to strive to do our best to be decent human beings. Merciful, kind, meek, loving, and all the other things that make up a good person… as long as we are genuine in trying to be those things, and our hearts are filled with God's light as best we can, Jesus will do the rest, and the injustices brought upon us by the world will be corrected come His day. And on that day, we can start working to become perfect and become exalted without the influence of Satan and all he has seduced dragging us down…and Jesus will accept us with open arms. I felt prompted and inspired to say this as I was watching this video… the message contained within this is so much more powerful than meets the eye at first. Jesus is wonderful, and His words bring so much peace to me.

Jesus is my light. Today I live in fine home with Wall to Wall carpet and wonderful wooden floors. Jesus lived and slept on the dirt floor of his mother and father's home. We have a stove to cook on, an oven to bake in, We have a micro wave oven that can cook in seconds what would take 20-30 minutes. I marvel at the life he led and the love he has for us. When My wife and I were going to a sealing room in the Salt Lake Temple to be sealed for eternity, We took the elevator to the second floor in the temple. As the doors opened there stood one of the Apostles, Elder Bruce R. McConkie. He was walking towards us about 10 feet away. I was stunned! There was a pure white glow around him extending about 8 inches. He greeted us, "Good Morning". I was fill with the Holy Ghost. Since that day I have strived to capture that same glow. We totally rely on the light of Christ to guide us along. We have been married 51 years. We are old now, but that image of Elder McConkie remains fresh. I will minister to those in need according to my abilities and resources. I will let my light shine by keeping the commandments and covenants. I have not recognized it, the wealth is in GOD, in his Word: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and God was the Word. "And HIS Word is written down to the Bible. And HIS Word became flesh that came to us in Jesus Christ. Jesus tells us GOD's Word in his speeches. And when we do his speeches we can feel the wealth of it, for example in the form of love, as a gift received and given to one other as a gift. "The grass has withered and the flower has fallen off; but the Lord's Word remains in eternity. '" HIS Word, his wealth is eternal. Amen.
