    Just watched old vid,,,, hey is it possible to find with cheaper detectors, as I'm only starting and can't afford a wizz bang detector....I've got a (don't laugh)....$200 swinger from online....it finds small lead and crap etc! which is encouraging but haven't found any shiny stuff yet around Heathcote....... interested in your thoughts.

    • @MinelabGold
      @MinelabGold  5 лет назад

      Hi Paul, Yeah Stumpy 2 needed a slight lift
      All depends on the style I edit on the vids
      Sometimes I use RUclips Library, some tracks I have managed to find over the years which are RUclips copyright free - and I also have a $15.00 monthly subscription to a site which has a tonne of music for use for RUclips creators. Its a hard choice finding the right style of music and also finding stuff which doesnt get a copyright claim.

    • @cointector
      @cointector 5 лет назад +1

      That’s the problem... I’ll check it out I find my music library is slightly outdated ha... in dunolly until Saturday hopefully get a few pieces 👍

    • @MinelabGold
      @MinelabGold  5 лет назад

      @@cointector Oh thats awesome - good luck on the hunt.
      I think music can be any type - many RUclipsrs who use so many genres and they seem to make it work.
      But also its a hard choice because music can sometimes affect a Video

    That was a great hunt MG. Taking 2.7 grams for a fun outing sure does pay its own way. By the bye, I got no notifications about the live premiere and there is no vid of it. What's happening? I wouldn't miss that for anything. Your new coil is really living up to its name, it is a real "you beaut"! Coiltek should be paying you for your exceptional promotional work on their behalf!!! Thanks for the share, have a great week - cheers mate :)

    Hi is there a way you can do a video on the sounds of trashy targets you let us hear the good targets I would like to listen to the other to get a better understanding of them. Thanks

    • @MinelabGold
      @MinelabGold  5 лет назад +1

      Hi Nancy, yeah absolutely can do that
      Its a very hard one to do because lets say a 1 ounce piece of gold on close to the surface would sound similar to a rusted piece of steel close to the surface
      If we bury both of those targets 1 foot deep would sound the same
      Most Non Ferrous targets come on a little more smooth or solid
      A small piece of rusted steel which is very deteriorated comes on very sharp
      Its is sort of like nothing nothing nothing them BOOM on the sound
      Where as gold of similar size is more smooth when swinging toward the target
      Just takes a lot of time getting use to the target. the size and the way it comes on
      Hope that kind of makes sense - there was a very old video which shows sounds of gold all sizes at various depths. Basically we could bury 10 targets of different material and no one could guess what the target is until a visual inspection. But it does become easier when we hear the response of junk
      Apologies on the long comment - but I will try and get a video covering that for you
      Happy Swinging M.G
